Only received this scale but have used it already and love it! Now I can make my fav GBBO recipes the way the bakers do and not fret over conversion to US metrics. So much fun. It does allow for US measurements, also UK and both dry and liquid. Holds up to 11 lbs. very pleased with this purchase.

Works like it's supposed to. I just wish it was easier to read when a plate is on the scale.

Not the best, silver paint scratches very easily. The scale is too slow to respond when you change units or zero out.My older model was better, faster

Unless you want to weigh a coffee cup, this thing isn’t for you. Your plate will cover up the display, and then what the heck is the point. NEXT!

Salter is a quality product and this model is a great replacement for our baking projects. Loving it, hope it lasts for 30 years like my old Salter did.

I just wish the display were backlighted. Otherwise fine.
