This is a remarkable product: yes it's a tasty snack with great crunch but it has 'miraculous' properties for healing the gut. I've felt better and slept better since munching a couple of tablespoons a day for the last two days. I read Bob Quinn's book 'Grain by Grain' and was curious to try the anti-inflammatory effects of kamut. Turns out it really works. I can only imagine how great I'd feel if I could buy kamut bread instead of the corrosive modern wheat bread. I shall have to buy Kamut flour and try baking some bread. If you are gluten intolerant this must be the snack for you.

If your teeth and gums can't handle hard foods, avoid this one. The grains are small and will get stuck in your plate if you wear false teeth. But if you DON'T have this issue, Katie bar the door because these things taste awesome. To me, they taste like corn nuts only super small. Good for snacking or tossing on a salad.

These are a very tasty salty treat, but not too salty. Very crunchy great in yogurt are on top of ice cream!

I got a sample and fell in love enough to buy a big bag. They taste good and are relatively filling. Sadly, they are too expensive for me to buy regularly, but they make a nice occasional treat.

I love these! They are my favorite crunchy snack that I don't feel bad about eating, health wise. They have a great buttery flavor and just the right amount of saltiness. I make sure I keep them in the house all the time.

Really love this stuff! A crunch salty treat. Not too salty and the crunch is just right. I'm going to have to learn portion control along with a little self control with this one. Definitely re-ordering...and LOVE supporting a hometown business!!

My wife and I are addicted to this. Great relatively healthy snack. Tastes similar to corn nuts and similar crunch. Much better than going for the potato chips. Love it!!

This stuff costs too much for what it is. I don't really get it, actually. It's just Kamut that's been roasted. It can probably be made in mass quantities.
