These journal pens were well worth the money. The thin fine tip allows you to journal/write in smaller areas where you may only be able to write small notes. I also use them to write in my daily planner which at times doesn't allow me space to write everything with a normal pen size. The variety of colors are super nice to have. You can create any color combination you'd like. I can't think of one negative thing to say about these pens.

The points on the markers are medium width so good for coloring or writing. Lots of highly varied colors and the caps match the color of the pen so you don't have to pull off the tops. Have been lasting well so far.

These pens are really fun to use. I've been using them all month for the yearly artist challenge 'Inktober'. Just for something different in comparison to what I've inked with in previous inktobers and other art I create. I used these with posterboard paper, thick sketchbook paper, ect.A short list of likes/dislikes based on my experience thus far;Likes-Nice range of colors, all vibrant-Easy to write and ink with-Works great on various paper types and weights-Goes over mechanical pencil with no issues. Also doesn't fade when eraser is used over itDislikes-I have one dark purple pen completely white at its tip, with no ink in it whatsoever. It was my first time opening this pen in particular, so I'm assuming a quality assurance issue here. I emailed the company a few days ago about a replacement for that color, but haven't gotten a response. Disappointing because its generally one of my favorite colors and I was looking forward to using it.-Does not work well at all with my touchfive/new alcohol-based markers. I inked a general illustration with a pen before going in to color with my markers. Unfortunately, the ink began bleeding immediately. I thought maybe I waited too soon to color, but nope. Even hours after inking it still bleeds when in contact with my touchfive markers. I'm assuming the ink will have the same reaction with other alcohol-based markers. Not sure what they'll be like with watercolors or water-based markers, as I haven't tried them with those materials yet.Overall, I'd recommend these for inking sketches or to sketch with. These are definitely worth the price despite one of my pens being unusable.

I bought these for journaling and they're amazing. I also use them to draw Peppa the pig and her friends for my granddaughter. Seems to be working just fine. The colors are vibrant and so many to choose from that sometimes I have a hard time picking. I would suggest buying them if I were you. Good value for the money. I didn't use the case. I put them in a different pencil bag but the case was okay. Other than that, really good pens.

I've been using another set for the past year and it was time to replace, so I decided to go with these because of the color options and good rating.For the price, they're decent. I went to open the packaging and the bottom tore apart causing all of the markers to fall out. That's fine, I wasn't going to store them there once opened anyway. If you do want to store them in the plastic sleeve it arrives it, be careful.The pens themselves write well. Very smooth and most colors are bold. I did have a couple of pens that seemed to be drying out so they didn't write as well or as boldly. No problems with the ink bleeding or leaking through the paper.They are a good length and comfortable to hold. Lid snaps on tightly.If you're looking to complete a large project or drawing, I might consider another set only because it may be difficult to find the exact colors again unless you reorder these. If you just want pens for journaling, taking notes, or general day-to-day activities, these are fine.

I love these pens. They're not only visually appealing just to look at, but the colors as you write are very nice. For as many different colors as you get, you're totally getting a great deal by purchasing these. I use them for note taking for my Master's program (color coding!!) and I love them. The only thing to keep in mind is they will bleed through paper, but only if you go over a line more than once. Regular note taking isn't a problem. So if you're taking fancy notes like me or coloring with them, make sure you have something underneath the sheet of paper so you don't mark on the paper or surface beneath what you're coloring on.

I'm a pen snob and these are excellent pens if you like fine-felt tipped pens. They do not bleed, they are super smooth when writing, no skipping, and great colors! ABSOLUTELY worth the price, which is super reasonable!!!!! Get them!!!
