Dayan Zhanchi 3x3x3 6-Color Stickerless Speed Cube White

I don't really like the Dayan Zhanchi because if you are doing a couple speed solves then it pops very single solve. Also, after having it for about 7 months it feels like the tensions need to be loosened, but it always pops, so if you made the tensions looser then it would pop 10 times more. So I ended up having a not so good cube that is pretty slow and that pops a lot.

I love the cube itself, it was as I expected. But when I'm solving the cube, the cube will lock then shatter. This also happens when I'm solving it pretty fast. You should get it. This cube is my main one and I love it a lot.

A big hit with my son, who pretty much hasn't put it down for over a week. Very comfortable to use, quick smooth movements, but not silent.

I never got it until a year later and it came broken in pieces and pieces were missing

Great cube for intermediate-expert cubers. For beginners it may be a little difficult to control and I actually recommend getting a cube that doesn't corner cut so well for a beginner so that they don't get sloppy with their turns. It's also good for those just learning to solve the cube, not necessarily speed cubing. I've had no problem with the cube, it unexpectedly came with torpedoes to prevent it from popping which I was happy with too. With torpedoes it's basically impossible for the cube to pop, without you will notice a moderate performance increase and pieces will pop out on occasion so for faster solves take them out.The only complaint I have is that I didn't get the cube when expected...First I got the wrong cube, a Dayan guhong which took a month to come in so they let me keep the Dayan guhong and I waited another month for the Zhanchi. Things happen, I understand that but I was told when to expect it, it was 5 days late and I emailed them, no response so I had no idea what happened to the cube or whether or not they actually shipped it.I made the Order in mid october, it arrived about november 20th but it was the wrong cube, didn't get the right cube until dec. 11. However, it was free shipping so I can't complain.

Great cube, I see it has gotten more expensive though. I remember getting it for around $10 if I am not mistaken.It works great though, moves very smoothly. You can adjust it by taking out a panel and tightening/loosening the screws I think, but I liked it at its factory configuration. It was very fast and smooth.It's quite durable too, I've used it for quite a while and dropped it quite a few times, but it still works great and isn't broken.The only complaint would be is that it started making more squeaking noise, but possibly I just need to oil it.I would recommend this, especially if you can find it for a better price.If you are buying it as a gift though, the box and packaging were really bad and left a lot to be desired. If this is a gift, I would advise you to get something with a prettier box. There is the official one that seems to look good as a gift.

**EDIT: June 2019**: Had it for 4 years, using it often. It sits on my desk and I play with it almost every day at work. Still like the day I got it. Once, when I got it, I used some speed cube lube on the core and it has been perfect ever since. No fading of the colours or anything, and because it doesn't have any stickers, I'll never have a peeling issue.**ORIGINAL: 2015:** It's my go-to. No popping issues. Very smooth and great cornering/speed.

This cube is 100% smooth and top-functioning right out of the box. The only downside is that it's fairly easy to pop cubies when speed cubing. The upside to this problem is for me to improve my technique. Bottom line: it forces me to relax and make more precision moves on my algorithms. It's definitely worth the price!

This is by far my favorite cube. This thing cuts 45 degrees easy! It wants to turn for you. As a cube for beginners I would suggest not getting this since it will make you sloppy, but for experienced cubers with good form looking to shave seconds from their time, this is the cube to get. Just know that it is not competition legal. If you are planning on going to comps you will need to get the sticker version of this cube, or buy a DIY kit like I did. There is a reason that this cube is taking over, it is that good.

amazing cube, works perfectly. It is very fast, sometimes too fast if you are not used to it so it takes a few minutes to get used to it compared to a genuine Rubik's cube, which is much slower and harder to manipulate.

Never received the product, never received a tracking number for it. Do not know if anyone else encountered the same thing but in my eyes this looked like a classic scam that didn’t work out in their favour.

It's like a Rubik's cube but much, much better! Turns are extremely smooth, slick & fast (sometimes too fast...but better fast than mind-numbingly-slow/clinky/rusty/incredibly-difficult-to-turn-Rubik's). The colours are solid as well & look great. Hopefully it lasts a long time!Side Note: Shipping from Hong Kong takes a few weeks, but worth the wait!

The cube I got turned pretty well, cut corners well enough, and no popping yet. However, the cube I got was completely different from the one you see. It's a cheap knockoff of the Dayan Zhanchi. If you really want this cube (I have used an actual Dayan Zhanchi V5 and it is much better than this one), I'd suggest buying cubicle.us cubes from now on. They actually give you the cube you ordered.

It's great! very smooth, and easy to use. Does take some time to get used to though, you need to be a little more gentle with this one compared to an official Rubik's cube with the stickers on. If you twist it the wrong way, the pieces may pop out. However, once you get over the slight learning curve, your time will improve dramatically!

Compared to the official Rubik's cube, this is much smoother. You might pop a piece off it the first time you use it if you are inexperienced but it is relatively easy to pop the pieces back in place. If you let someone look at it, make sure to tell them that it is somewhat fragile. Once you get a hang of it however, this is of no concern. The other great thing about this cube is the lack of stickers. The only sticker is the logo which you can remove quite easily.

For my kid. He looked happy with it. As expected, the interest lasted about two weeks - he already knew and to complete the puzzle.Seems better than those traditional ones. No stickers coming off or tearing off. On the other end, if dropped, it may open on the seams and eventually break. Other than that, it's easy and fast to turn.

Nice cube but apparently the hard core users at my kid's school have better ones. This is great at this price point.
