Fisher-Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera (Blue)

Wow, what a great camera! We purchased this in 2010 and it has seen frequent use, and is still in good working order. This is not HD but it is heavy duty and the perfect product for aspiring photographers of any young age. It is a super sturdy product that has taken it's share of getting accidentally dropped (even on a vinyl-covered concrete floor) and still works fine! The image quality is a little soft, and there is no flash, but it doesn't really need it, as the camera works well for indoor lighting or outside. This was a great purchase, and allows kids to have their own camera for catching happy memories and snap those all-important portraits of your pet's nose!

My son has loved to take pics with our camera phones and digitals. This was the perfect addition to his toy collection. He can now take all the pics he wants and we don't have to worry about broken electronics!True, the pictures are not of any high quality, but we don't really care about that. He just likes to aim, snap, and review his "work". Perfect for a four-year-old boy who can be rather rough!We have not tried to upload to the computer yet, so I cannot comment about that feature. The camera does not come with a USB.

I bought this camera for my son's 4th birthday and he totally loved it. It is very sturdy made and kid proofed like they say, but the photo quality is really bad... I mean, you rarely get a sharp picture from this camera. I know that my son has a hard time trying to keep it steady before he shoots but I tried taking pictures myself and really weren't much different... However, he really likes it and has lots of fun playing with it regardless... so I guess it was worth it after all. Would I recommend this?, ummm, no, not really...

I bought this as a last moment gift for my son, for Christmas. He LOVES it. And drops it all of the time. No damage at all. He enjoys taking pictures. And it was very easy for him to learn how to use it. The first day he took over 200 pictures!!! When you first scroll through the pictures, you do not think that they are really that good. But once you download them, they are a decent quality. I would over all suggest this camera for parents, who's children want a camera.

I ordered this got a gift for my son. What we got was a used camera!!! The bottom was all worn and torn and the camera was dirty!!!!

My four year old loves to take pictures and it is very durable so I don't have to worry about it. The pictures are very dark unless they are taken in a lot of light there is no flash. Which is okay since I really was looking for something he could just practice taking pictures with and not necessarily rely on it for perfect pictures. The worst thing is it does not come with the cord to download the pictures to the computer. I just think that is dumb.

It did take pictures but not worth the money we paid for it. Just like a lot of toys this was used a few times and then never saw the light of day. I found myself letting my little guy borrow my $200 quickshot digital camera. I felt my guy seemed to take care of my camera much better than this one. It was worth the risk of him dropping it etc.. but we made rules and we started snapping away. this camera was very limited and quality was horrendous. The LCD display on the back felt like something out of the 80's, very granular and hard to tell what you just took a picture of. Yes it was very durable but we were not using it to play catch with.

I bought this camera for my nephew, who is a rough and tough little kid. He loved it! He follows everyone around and takes pictures. The quality is amazing and I can't believe how many pictures it can store. Plus you can hook it up to a computer and print the pictures they take. As for the durability...UNBELIEVEABLE! I think you could throw this camera down a set of stairs and it wouldn't break. I don't know how education it really is...since it's a camera. But I know my nephew has so much fun with it!

completamente funzionante stimola la fantasia e fa divertire il bambino,fa belle foto.l' unica cosa di cui mi lamento sono i tempi di consegna troppo lenti.non esiste traking di spedizione e ci ho fatto una pessima figura con il bambino che doveva ricerverlo per il suo compleanno.è arrivato 5 giorni dopo la presunta consegna e questo solo dopo che mi sono lamentata con il venditore del fatto che non si sapeva dove fosse il pacco

I bought this for my five-year-old, and it was proved to be an excellent purchase. He uses it a lot snapping away at about anything around the house, then review the photos and lough! It is a very easy to operate camera, and although the quality of the pictures is not that great, it somehow adds to the fun. I was concerned about the life of the batteries as it does not work with rechargeables but they do last a long time. Now that he has his own camera, he leaves mine alone!

Ich war skeptisch aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen hier.Lange hab ich überlegt und entschloss mich doch, diese Kamera zu kaufen.Bisher hab ich es nicht bereut.Selbstverständlich knipts eine KINDERkamera keine super scharfen Bilder. Da Kinder in Bewegung sind, werden diese auch selten scharf. Für einen 5 oder 6 Jährigen finde ich sie auch nicht mehr geeignet, aber ein 3 jähriger kann super viel Spass damit haben.Sie ist leicht zu bedienen, sehr robust, einfache handhabung, auch für sehr kleine Kinderhände geeignet, die Bilder werden ab und zu was, aber das ist okay.Wer perfekte Bilder machen will, braucht was anderes, ganz klar.Der Spassfaktor ist groß, sie ist handlich und passt ideal für Ausflüge überall rein.Im großen und ganzen hatte ich doch Angst, einen fehlgriff getan zu haben, die schlechten Bewertungen waren meines Erachtens unbegründet für diese Kamera, die Erwartungen waren einfach überzogen.Fazit: für kleine Kinder die selbst keine hohen Ansprüche an gestochen scharfen Fotos stellen, die einfach nur Spass haben wollen ist diese Kamera ideal.Wer schon größere Kinder hat ( 5- und älter) sollte lieber eine richtige kaufen, denn da steigen die Ansprüche schon sehr.

Mon fils l'a eu pour ses 2 ans et aujourd'hui qu'il va en avoir 3, il s'y amuse encore plus! il est très solide, les piles durent plutot longtemps dommage que l'écran soit si petit ...les photos sont sombre, il faut etre a la lumière et éviter de bouger! car c'est très vite flou....je recommande pour un tout petit par sa solidité, mais vers 4 ans, préférez un autre modèle

Diese Kamera hat mein Sohn mit etwa 3 Jahren bekommen, als mir die aufwändigeren Modelle mit Musik, Spielen etc für ihn noch nicht geeignet erschienen.Die ersten zwei, drei Tage hatte er sie überall dabei, danach flog sie nur noch in der Ecke herum.Pluspunkte gibts hier für:+ das robuste Gehäuse, wirklich unkaputtbar+ das ansprechende Design+ die kindgerechte Menüführung+ die scheinbar sehr geringe Stromverbrauch, Batterien halten unerwartet langeMinuspunkte dafür:- wahnsinnig schlechte Qualität der Bilder, selbst bei Tageslicht und absolut ruhiger Hand, immer mit Rotstich- ab etwa 4 Jahren leider zu langweilig, Spiele etc werden gewünscht (man kennt es ja von Freunden)- zu kleines DisplayIch würde sie wahrscheinlich nicht mehr kaufen, für den Anfang bzw kleine Kinder bis 3 oder 4 Jahre ist sie ok, mehr aber leider nicht.
