Excellent product. I was surprised, because it's just a combo of vitamins and minerals. However, apparently an imbalance of those minerals can cause heartburn. I take one, and am instantly relieved. If I need another one in an hour, I take it, and then I am good all night. What I really like about it is that taking 2 or 3 or even more will not hurt you; it's not a drug. I would try this FIRST, before taking any pharmaceutical, that's for sure. PPIs are dangerous, you want to avoid them at all cost.

If I could give the product a half a star I would. We have used this product for 4 or 5 years and it keeps getting worse as time goes one. The tablets use to be firmer, taste better and more durable. Now you get a bottle of broken pieces, a few whole tablets and dust. We dumped out the bottle shortly after receiving it and found that a third of the volume of the product was just dust. The labeling, ingredients etc appear to be the same but the quality keeps falling.

I have to say that this is soothing on my stomach. I have gastritis and this works almost instantly. Healthy, natural ingredients. These act more quickly than any other antacids I have used. I use these tablets quite often and will continue to purchase from Amazon as they ship quickly with my Prime account.

I have ordered before it has an instant relief for heartburn.

this product does what it says it does. provides immediate relief for indigestion.. my only complaint is that its not available any more. would love to buy more.. even 2 -3 bottles just to have on hand.

This stuff is great. I had the worst heartburn took this and it was relieved in about 30 seconds. I will definitely be buying this again.

The product really has helped my heartburn and acid reflux. The product is better than sugary tums and pepcid. I would recommend the product to anyone suffering with heartburn.

Works very quickly without all the fake ingredients! Tastes good too.
