Earth Broth - 5 oz Powder

So delicious, with a miso/cinnamon tang that goes well with nut and seed milks. Its not so fantastic in water alone. Slightly difficult to mix, but I kind of like the clumps.I also use VitamineralGreen by HealthForce. When taken together they compliment each other nutritionally and taste-wise. When I'm craving food but don't have time to make a proper meal I mix a tsp of Earth and Vitamineral Green plus 1tsp gelatanized maca powder in some hemp milk. Within 30 min I feel more alert, energetic, and balanced.Some feel HealthForce is spendy, I would agree that it's expensive in the same way that a Porsche is expensive. You pay for high quality ingredients, contained in dark glass, and it's highly concentrated. Many nutritional powders require large scoops, but I feel the effects with only a small spoonful of Earth.Be aware, it can have a laxative effect, which in my case was much needed. I had been taking laxatives every single day in order to stay regular, but once I started this in tandem with Vitamineral Green I haven't had to use any laxatives, not once!They're becoming more popular and are now stocked at many organic health food stores, which is great for anyone who wishes to support local rather than amazon.Also, no refrigeration needed! A nice hiking pick-me-up. :)

It was okay. The taste is really strong. I was only able to take it in milk based smoothies. But I liked the variety and depth of minerals and vitamins.

I use this in my evening shakes with Greek frozen yogurt, almond milk and add a few other ingredients. Very earthy tone to this product. It is also great just as a warm tea. I also use Vitamineral Green and can see and feel a difference in my hair, nails and overall inner self when I fall off the wagon for a few days.

An overal excellent product. I have been using this now for many months and the dosage does not need to be as high as stated. I take half or less of the dosage, the important thing is to be taking it on a regular basis to feel the benefits. Those benefits work much better with a healthier lifestyle as natural remedies tend to benefit the entire body, so poor areas get more attention and you may not feel the benefit where you thought you should.It is going on 1 year since I purchased and started taking, looking to get me some more it is so good. You cannot go wrong and if you wanna get the best mileage, try taking straight and chase it with juice. I find that no matter how I try to mix it, there is always some that doesn't mix and gets stuck to the side of the glass and becomes waste. It took a while, little dosages, but now I don't mind that kicking flavor...lol ugh.I have more energy and am on my way to putting my body where it should be..Highly recommend

I absolutely love this product. I am taking it along with Vitamineral Green. I enjoy the spicy/earthy taste. I mix it with fruits and vegetables for a super smoothy in the mornings. I am feeling much alert and have a nice mental clarity since I have been taking this two products. However I personally don't believe that any dry root, fruit, vegetable or seed is compared to a fresh one. But this products have really hard things to find fresh (for example weeds and some roots unavailable in the market). That's why I think that the best way to eat them is by mixing the powders in a fresh juice.

I've been using this product in combination with Vitamineral Green for about six months.I have definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and well being when I take it on a regular basis.I've gotten into the habit of mixing a TBSP of each in a mug of hot water with some honey each morning.I used to tolerate the taste, but now find with a little honey, that I'm looking forward to it.At night I sometimes find myself wanting a second cup, although the detox in the vitamineral green can be a little muchfor me so I rarely opt for the extra cup.

It tastes fine, but it doesn't provide the same energy or sense of well-being that the green does. I will be sticking to just the green for now.

I love this product! Like the Vitamineral Greens, I feel better, skin looks betterand have had a recent surge in hair growth (growing about 11/2 inches 2 inches per month) and overall well-being! I would buy this product again and again!
