I’ve got irreparable tendon damage and now arthritis in my right ankle, left not much better. I’ve had injections, physio and have been issued splints, orthotics and I’ve tried numerous products to keep me mobile and put off major surgery. Out of every support I’ve bought, these are the best I’ve tried. Soft, but really good support around my ankle without cutting off circulation. They go right down to your toes so they do not roll up, uncomfortably in your shoe. They wash well too, I’m very pleased. I am a UK Size 6.5 (39) and have a reasonably wide foot, the Medium fits perfectly so don’t order bigger than you need after reading some reviews.

I bought these for use when am exercising to provide my ankles with extra support. I like the fact that they are like socks that are thinner than bandage support but not too thin that they don’t provide the support needed. I ordered medium and am a size 5/6 uk and they fit perfect.

Duuude! Ok no lie, these are comfortable a f. The heel has extra material so it doesn't get too tight and so it allows all the support pressure to be on the ankle and foot arch. It says 2 pairs.....so in total 4 supports which is a steal. They are warm...comfy... supportive...by far the best I've tried so far. Defo buying more. Thanks you wonderful people. Oh fyi I ordered large (im size 12 uk feet) and they fit perfectly. I can see probably size 10+ needing large.

Great product. Was sceptical as the pain I was having was so severe, but they really do work for me. The sizing is just right I’m a size 39 and ordered medium as per sizing guide and they fit perfectly. A bit tight round the ankle by the end of the day but pain in foot is negligible. They stay in place and are not bulky which means I can still wear trainers in comfort. Thank you.

I pondered over whether to buy these as there were some negative reviews. Personally I thought these were great as an additional support for my ankles. I started running a few months back and over pronation has resulted in inner ankle pain. I am using these socks in addition to buying new insoles and trainers with good support. As soon as I put these socks on they eased my pain, they are quite snug, I’m a 43/44 and bought a large, however this is necessary to offer additional strength to the ankles. I really like these socks and will definitely buy again.

During the recent hot weather, my ankles & feet were swelling like crazy! Like a lot of people, I am working from home at the moment & it was becoming super uncomfortable. Ice was working a little but not so convenient. The reviews of these socks were great, & they didn’t lie. Of course they’re right, they are meant to be. But I found if I put them in just as I started to get uncomfortable, they did the trick really well. Absolutely would recommend them

Just the job. Been suffering with plantar fasciitis. Heels and soles of both feet get really sore at times. Still trying to manage the condition, but these have been a great . They support the heel and Achilles and I have had little stiffness and pain after being on my feet all day.

I sized up after comments these were too tight but wish I hadn't! I take average width size 7 in shoes & apart from being a tad snug at the ankle these do not fit tighly and therefore only offer the same support as a sock. I can only guess the people who think they are too small have particularly thick or wide feet. If I wear two together the fit & support is slightly better.
