Pros:Very affordable.PCIe expansion slotsLots of RAMCons:The "wifi" card in here is extremely slow on my network.The "renewed" computer has a hard drive with 42,951 hours on it... Yes, Forty-Two-Thousand Hours! That's almost 5 solid years of spinning. The S.M.A.R.T. data is fine, but I'm replacing it very soon.The CD ROM doesn't work. Lucky for me, I disable them anyway when my users sign for them.There seem to be some suspect reviews and answers on this, either written by users who don't know what they're talking about, or by straight up liars. I have posted real answers to the questions.I don't recommend this computer for a typical user. There is much to do to this to make it a viable option.

So fast. I didn’t have time to set up windows because I needed it for work. I inserted my workspace flash drive in a USB port, turned it on, mind you my first time out of the box, hit F12 and boom... I’m in Linux running my software, and up and running in no time. After work. I set up Windows 10, and it worked quickly. No lag, no waiting,even for high graphic sites. I am running dual monitors with no issues. I had asked Blair Group if it was hdmi or display port, they answered me right away, so I got a $6.00 display port to hdmi adapter and there you go. My second monitor is using the vga port. I have recommended Blair Group machines to 4 people at work now, and I know there will be at least one more potential customer coming your way.

When the package came the box was opened and there was no wifi dongle in the box. When I started the PC I did have to call customer service and and have them help me get it going because I was getting a blue screen, but there customer service was great and we got it going no problem. They refunded the money for the wifi dongle which was cool and I went and bought one locally. I can tell that the computer is very fast and this is a great deal, but I can also tell it needs a new hard drive soon because it's not as fast as it could and should be. All in all, great CPU and a great deal. Would recommend and would buy again in a heart beat. Only reason I didnt do 5 stars is because of the number of troubles that were in the process but again they did a great job at taking care of them.

COVID hit and I needed a computer. It seemed super fast at first. Kid (6 yo) has barely used it because we had to get him a laptop for his childcare situation. It's basically been used for streaming Netflix. A year later and the thing is slow. I did get the protection but as suspected, been too busy to call to see how the warranty stands up.

Everything worked perfectly out of the box. Accessories included as advertised and shipped promptly. I expected some wear & tear on the machine, but it was minimal. Setup was very easy, and helped quite a bit by NOT having a bunch of bloatware pre-installed on the PC! Running about two weeks now with no problems.

This computer failed after 4 months, beyond the warranty of a reburbished computer. I contacted Amazon and went through four customer service agents and was promised a full refund and a UPS label to return it. Never got the label. Then I called again and they said they would contact Blair and get back to me and never did. Called back again and got to a supervisor who indicated that noone who promised me a refund had the authority to do so. So Amazon blatantly lied to me out of incompetence and I am now stuck with a nonfunctioning computer. Very disappointed in Amazon customer service. Probably will buy through other sources from now on..

I've recently purchased 5 similar units from Blair Tech. all work great and were easy to set up. I'll be using them for business and some animatronics work. I would recommend these products. Also please note that I'll be upgrading these units.Thanks

I like the computer and window 10, it's a great step up for me. I wish there was a manual to help me with various issues.The only problem I have is that it makes this humming noise constantly.

I want to share my experience with buying a computer from this company. I purchased a refurbished desktop from Blair Technologies. I was a little nervous about this as I had always bought new equipment in the past. The computer arrived as expected but within 10 days of use I began getting a Windows blue screen warning regarding a fatal configuration error. After googling this and trying some suggested fixes the problem only worsened to the point where Windows would not load on the computer. I then contacted the company and they told me it was likely a problem with the ram inside the machine. They instructed me the take the computer apart and remove the ram boards. (not an easy or simple process) When this didn't fix it they suggested I go into the computer and do a series of more extensive tests regarding the ram. At this point I told them I was not a technician and should not be expected to do this. They agreed and told me to send the machine back and they would promptly send me a new one. After a week Amazon emailed to say they were providing me with a full refund. When I asked Blair Tech about this they admitted to processing the return incorrectly and told me if I wanted a replacement I would have to buy it again. I did not do this. Also don't be fooled by the name of the company "Blair Tech Canada" as my machine came from Kentucky.
