This product is wonderful. I bought it to help with hormone balance and skin issues. It has helped with both and has also changed PMS symptoms. I no longer have cramps the week before my cycle and my PMS symptoms have overall been muted.I also appreciate that the ingredients being pure.

I had my Fallopian tubes removed last year and almost immediately my body flipped out. My hormones were a mess. I was having hot flashes and awful acne breakouts. I read that evening primrose could help with that. I've been taking it with a magnesium supplement for a couple of months and I've seen a huge difference. i have ordered 2 bottles of GNC evening primrose oil , one bottle i received is normal but the other one like not fresh. I have not open and take a look but shaking the bottle I can only feel like a rock inside not loose capsule. it could be stick all together due to heat or storage. How can i get it change? I dont feel safe to consume capsules from that bottle. I stay in Singapore and my order was just carried by my dad back to Singapore, the delivery address was New York. It is too costly to return the bottle. Can you advice please?
