Tarte the Sculptor Contouring Face Slenderizer Park Ave Princess 2

I am olive tone and I was hoping to get the lighter shade of this but I got the darker color. I thought it would be a little too dark for me but I gave it a try anyway and found that it blends very easily and perfectly with my skin. I'm new to contouring and this has made it easier for me. Definitely recommend.

Here's the thing you need to know Tarte makes this product in two shades called Park Ave Princess (original) and Park Ave Princess 2 which is a darker shade. The description for this does not tell you that this is the Park Ave Princess 2 ( the darker of the 2) I ordered 2 because I already loved the product in the original shade and assumed that is what I would receive however I got 2 tubes of Park Ave Princess 2. That being said I still like it just not as much as the original shade and thought others may want to keep that in mind. I'm fair and as long as you blend well it still works for me I use the Tarte brush made to go with this sold separately others may work as good but I think for this product a great blending brush is a must preferably one like Tarte makes with double sides as you want two different sizes for blending a small side is good for nose area, larger size for jawline etc. Overall I love the product just wish they would correct the description to notify you of which shade you are receiving.

This contour stick has an orange cast to it that doesn't go at all well with my complexion. But if that works for you, go for it. It was great otherwise.

i received the product proken and corrupted

It blends super well with the fingers but the color goes away if you use a brush but I dont mind that. It's really quick to put around the forehead and the hollows of ur cheek to bring back the warmth that foundation covers up.

Usually use powder contour, but this rocks! So glad I bought it blends really easily. Looks awesome on my fair complextion.

I recently purchased the Park AvePrincess Avenue 1 at Sephora for the steep price of $24 in attempt of trying this sculpting stick... Based on my experience with the Park Ave Princess 1, which is the lightest version of this stick, I decided to give 2 a chance. I have tan, olive skin, So I needed something darker but wasn't willing to pay that hefty price! I found it on amazon for less than half of the price and let's just say, my makeup game definitely has been moved up a notch!Give it a try, especially if you're a newbie to contour, this is a great way to start, my tip to starters is to blend blend blen and set with a mattifying bronzer (try Hoola by Benefit Cosmetics) ;)Ps. Ignore the filter on the picture, but look at the definition of my cheeks and nose.
