Good hitch extension

I didn't need anything this strong for my ATV. But the length helps me when I need to move things around my yard. It's long enough that I can now make turns.

Works as advertised

This trailer hitch extender is very sturdy, high quality, and works perfectly to extend a short receiver tube on a UTV or ATV when towing anything when greater turn radius clearance is required to maneuver, handle large loads, etc. I believe it would work equally well on any car or truck with a 2" receiver tube to achieve the same outcome.

I bought this for my 2020 polaris ranger crew to extend my hitch back far enough to clear a deer hauler from my oversized tires... it worked perfectly and did what I needed... my only complaint was the reciever was just a hair small and had some play in it so I added some duct tape like any good american and tightened it up so it would rattle and bang going through the woods and now it's fine.

I had installed a front hitch on my 2019 Ram 1500. This is used to maneuver trailers I small yard. One issue is that the hitch sat so far under the bumper that it would be extremely difficult to hook onto the trailer and avoid damaging the bumper.The extra length of this extender no only moved the ball assembly out from under the bumper, it allowed me to let the trailer pivot about 75 degrees off the hitch. This is extremely helpful while doing tight maneuvers around obstructions.The only thing to be careful about is that this extension will decrease the available tongue weight. The extension puts additional twisting forces on the hitch assembly.When used for the purpose I bought it for, or using it to enable use with accessories, it's perfect. The price point was very good, it is well finished, and will last forever

Heavy duty extender worked great for my RV.

This allows our hitch cargo carrier to stand far enough back from the spare tire on our Jeep Wrangler that we can open the door enough to take things in and out even if the carrier is in the upright position. Remember to buy hitch pins - it does not come with them.
