The brush and massage head both are very soft and delicate on the skin, it has 4 settings and the intensity can be adjusted. I sure have felt positive effects, it leaves my skin feeling more vibrant, soft and smooth. In my opinion and experience this brush is great for deep cleansing of the skin and pores, has sure proven to promote blood circulation as my skin does feel smoother and vibrant in areas I've used the brush.
