Used for RV Winterization
I used a Viair 400P compressor for winterization using this kit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L3T5KX7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews) and this regulator (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RL3H6TW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1). It seemed to work very well and I liked that the regulator protected my plumbing and the gate valve meant I could safely attach-detach the gear without having to use the hand-trigger from the Viair.Combining the two kits, I plugged the silver quick connect into the compressor hose, then screwed that into the brass quick connect. I put the quick connect socket on the input side of the regulator and connected the hose directly to the output side with the gate valve on the end of that (oriented so the on position pointed down the hose to the regulator). Finally I connected the whole thing into the hose adapter and connected it directly to the city water port. With the gate valve closed the system pressurized and I could set the regulator to 30psi.To winterize, I could open the valve and then go check on my faucets one at a time without messing with the hand-trigger. With the gate closed the compressor kicked on a little once every 40-60 seconds so something must have been leaking. I'm going to check the fittings more closely the next time I use it. I’ve only winterized once but was very happy with that experience. I wish I had taken a picture of the connections, but once you think through the parts available it’s pretty obvious. I had some pieces left over, but that was my experience with my specific equipment.

NIcely packaged and solid device
This regulator is nicely packaged with plastic plugs in all the ports. I used it to replace a bad regulator in a plasma cutter. The diameter of the hole in the bracket is about 1-1/4 inch and the hole for the old regulator was smaller so I had to use a carbide burr to enlarge the hole in the panel so the new regulator would fit. As usual the Chinese pipe threads were trouble and the fittings leaked when screwed in all the way. To be fair, it could be the fault of the fittings but I don't think any of the threads were tapered pipe threads. I used urethane sealant on the threads and hopefully that will stop the leaking, haven't tested that since re-installing the fittings. For the price I think it is a good buy if those fittings stop leaking.

Disappointing
I ordered these because another brand didn't meet expectations. I was first impressed by the look and quality until it came time to install. First I had to run a tap through most of the port holes. It seems like the plastic was over molded because the fitting barely went in a quarter turn. This was the same problem with the other brand. No biggie if you have a 1/4 NPT tap handy. Next was that both (I ordered two) had bad gauges. One, the needle fell off and two, had the needle on the wrong side of the 0 mark. Lucky I had two spare gauges. I have yet to install them but I am questioning their accuracy.

Does what I need it to do.
Well thought out set of fittings and teflon to boot. Body is not plastic. Appears to be built to last. The knob is plastic and the need to pull it up to adjust the pressure is a bit of a pain. My application does not require frequent adjustment but could imagine the bother it would be if I did. I fits my needs perfectly which is on a 20 gallon Campbell Hausfeld compressor.

Pnuematic Nailers
This inexpensive air regulator is a great deal. No leaks and maintains an average 90psi for my pneumatic nailers. My compressor puts out 145psi and this little regulator is easy to adjust to any psi I need. Even after shutting the air supply valve I have before the regulator, it takes a over a week to drop to 20 or 30 psi where before replacing the regulator, it would leak down to that in 5 minutes.
