Broke in 6 weeks
I tried to like the Blender Bottles, I really did.Just like others in the past, the lid cracks after a few weeks of light use (only used for preworkout). I do not overtighten the lid, I simply snug it tight enough to eliminate any leaks. These are garbage.I bought an AVEX bottle with this same order to do some trial end error. I use the AVEX more frequently for protein shakes. It is a far superior shaker cup.

Nicely-sized shaker bottle does a great job of mixing, but my flip up cap is determined not to open
The little sealing ring inside my old Zyliss shaker bottle finally bit the dust, so I went looking for a new option. I was overwhelmed with all the choices!I settled on this shorter 20 oz. BlenderBottle mainly because I didn't want a huge one and this one had great reviews. There are positives and negatives with this one as I'm sure there are with most of them. There's a pretty significant negative that bugs me about mine, though. The "flip-up" sealing cap on the drinking spout is so tightly sealed that it's EXTREMELY difficult to open (as in finger-nail breaking and sore fingers difficult). While, granted, this is perhaps better than it flipping open willy-nilly and spilling, it's frustrating that it clamps on this tightly. I'm far from a weakling, but I have to work and work at it to pry it open. Perhaps I just got a dud and this isn't the norm for most of them. But it's bad enough that I no longer drink from the drinking spout -- instead I twist off the lid and drink from the lip of the bottle as if it were a glass. It would also be nice if the ounce measurements weren't so faint and hard to see (I actually didn't even realize they were there for weeks). The first time I used it, it leaked. But that turned out to be user error ( <--Mine!). I'd screwed the lid on slightly crooked. Since the lid will *seem* to be screwed on tightly even if it's at a slight angle, I'm careful to make sure that the lid is seated on squarely before tightening. No leaking as long as I do that!Other than that, it's fine. It's small enough that it doesn't take up as much space when I pop it in my luggage for travel. The stainless steel ball does a good job of mixing while shaking. All three parts do fine in the dishwasher. There's a handy pop-up loop for carrying or hanging. It comes in lots of nice colors. I chose the aqua/aqua.

Classic
The classic blender. Works really well, and I actually like the smaller and more compact (20oz) size. Like other reviewers I did have a problem with the lid and I'm currently on my second one, so handle with care. After heavy use and hand washing with really hot water and soap, the seam on the lid gave way and came apart. The good part is that this is covered by a warranty, so when/if your lid comes apart, hit up their website and they will send out a new one.In that event it might be hand to have another one around! Other than that, really good for the price.*UPDATE*: Just submitted my second claim for another lid. You should really redesign the lid. I can see this being a problem for the life of my product, meaning I'll have to submit a claim for my lid 2-3 times per year. Fix it.

Love It!! What Are You Waiting For?
I have had this for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed. First, I doubted that it would mix much better than a fork/spoon in a glass, but I was waaay wrong. This thing gets protein powder drinks smooth as can be, leaving no clumps behind. Some have mentioned that they don't like the hook/loop on the back of the lid, but I actually like it a lot. It ins't very big, doesn't get in the way, and provides something to put your finger through to get a good grip, to hang on something, etc. Even though these cups have a ton of reviews, there are some that have said their lids cracked/broke. Mine has been fine thus far, and I will update my review if that changes, but from what I can tell this has to be from over-tightening. When you close the lid to shake, there is a thought that runs through your head that you want to make sure it is tight so you don't create a mess in your kitchen or wherever, thus you want to tighten it more than it needs to be, which might be causing them to break. But who knows. Anyway, I would highly reccomend these to anyone looking to mix drinks. Don't think about it, get one, or two.

Nice "blend" of price, value, and performance.
I'm not a body builder by any means, but I rock climb. Recently I decided to "mix it up" and start drinking some protein shakes to help aid in recovery and muscle repair. I picked up this blender bottle on a whim as an add-on item for a same-day shipping order, and I'm so glad that I did.The blender ball breaks up protein powder better than even a fork can with a vigorous stir. I was skeptical at first, but I had my first non-disgusting experience with chunky protein shakes last night, and I had to say a few good words for a good product.Pros:Seems to seal very nicelyNo issues with leakage thus far. I will update if this changes due to warping or anything like that after a few dish washer cyclesThe little handle is nice and tight and not floppy - will use this for a carabiner connection to my bag.Blender ball and all items clean very simply and easily.I don't seem to have started saying "bro," "swole," or "gains" in my regular vocabulary, which is my greatest fear.Cons:The thing works well enough and is "cute" enough where I suspect my girlfriend will want to borrow mine on a regular basis. Since the add-on price is so cheap, I decided I'd get her one for herself pre-emptively. I was right.

Works perfectly, tight cap = no spill when shaking
Great bottle! This is my first blender bottle and I am pleasantly surprised that the blender ball scraped all the powder off the bottom and incorporated it perfectly into the water. Other reviews say that it is hard to open but I'm glad for that so the chances of it spilling or flying open while shaking are nearly impossible. Also I wouldn't call it hard to open, just secure. I didn't know if I would like the loop part but, when not in use it folds down like its not even there! It is everything I hoped it would be. Will update if I find any flaws.
