I reviewed a lot of these stainless steel insulated mugs before I found these gems. Large but not bulky or heavy. And great quality for sure.But I want to address the video offered to seal the deal for me. A couple enjoying just being together having their coffee. Swanky music and a cool vibe. And not just any coffee. It was made with care and special beans.I figured if they love it so much maybe I will, too. And I was right. My husband and I both feel we got a great mug at a low price.

What I needed, was to be able to walk away from my coffee for a few minutes and come back to a hot drink. It does that. Does it stay warm 12 hours? Idk. I don't need it for keeping anything cold but when I put cold water in it, man that water STAYS cold for hours!My only reservation is that a crack developed at the mouth and it seems to be getting longer. Hasn't affected using the cup at all, but it is disappointing since it's brand new.

My husband had a dirty ancient plastic coffee cup that he wanted to keep. I presented him with several replacement options and he dismissed all of them for one reason or the other. This one though got him in a tough corner, he couldn't say a thing against it. When it arrived, he really wanted to hate it, but he couldn't. AND, the ratty looking plastic cup ended up in the recycling. Hurray!

Mug works great and it very sleek. Within a week of using the mug a small crack developed on the lid by where you put your mouth. I think it may be because of the temperature difference caused by steam or something. I thought nothing of it but it has grown over time and has gotten longer and longer.

I purchased two of these; one for myself and my husband. It does keep your coffee warmer longer, which is good for me because I am a slow sipper while I read the news. The problem I have with both of them is that every time you go to take off the lids, the rubber seal will roll and move out of place. This happens every time, it never fails. It does not matter how you try to take off the lid, it’s going to roll. I know, it sounds minor but it’s becoming aggravating. I’m going to look around and see if I can find a different cup that will not cause these issues. I really do like this tumbler as far as the look and feel, but I just can’t get past the seal issues.

Yes the lid sucks... But the good news is these are built well and you can use those expensive yeti kids if you have any lying around. Wife loves it. Keep her coffee hot throughout the morning.

It takes me a couple of hours to drink my hot beverages, so I wind up microwaving it several times. This mug certainly keeps beverages hot for a minimum of two hours. It does not leak as it has a tight seal, and is very easy to wash. (I hand wash mine because I use it several times a day.) This mug was certainly cheaper than any other mugs that I found.

I love this mug. My coffee stays hot without the awkward and bulky lids that get in the way that my thermos style cups use. Feels like a fresh mug of hot coffee for an hour. Loses heat through the lid but that heat loss is worth it to have a lid that doesn’t spill, leak or create a mess.
