Kasa Cam by TP-Link – WiFi Camera for Home, Indoor Camera, Works with Alexa and Google (KC120) (Renewed)

The entire TP-Link lineup is really a pretty good selection. The cameras are no different. We chose to go with the TP-Link cameras because they are affordable, easy to use, and the Kasa App is very clean. We have over 10 cameras, 17 smart switches, 7 plugs, and 3 smart bulbs all from TP-Link. The free rolling 2 day cloud storage is what sold us on these cameras. No monthly subscriptions and no messing around with an SD card anytime you want to review the recordings. The quality is really good. The night vision could be a tad brighter but it works well enough. We even use one of the cameras as a second baby monitor for when we want a more clear picture of his crib. You really cant beat these cameras for $35-60 bucks.

I love these cameras!! The picture quality is excellent! I have them inside facing outside and the quality is top notch! I have purchased 4 of these cameras, there are a lot of settings that are helpful!! My favorite is I don’t have to subscribe or pay a monthly fee! The cloud and app holds up to 48 hours of video, and is easy to download to your phone or PC. If you do purchase the monthly plan you get a lot of cloud storage and some extra stuff, but not a must!! I highly recommend this camera! I’ve talked many friends into getting them, they all love them!!

Unfortunately, can not compare to any other indoor cam, but can say about this one. Picture quality, night vision, and motion detection are great. The quality of the item itself is also great: metal, heavy, rotative, with magnet stand.Sound detection is over sensetive. I had to turn it off, because even on the smallest sensetivity it captured lots of the sounds from other rooms (with door closed).2 way voice feature works fine, but I didn't like the initial sound that comes from the camera before your speach. Namely, I didn't like it's impossible to turn it off.The sound thst camera captures contains constant 'zzzzzz' especially heard on the high volume. Not sure if it's just my cam, or all of a kind.Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase.

these little kasa cams are a great option for people wanting just a simplified system. its' managed from an app on the phone only, no website. There are cloud storage options. it runs off wifi, so when the wifi is down so are the cameras. Sometimes when my wifi goes down these cameras will not auto reconnect, they have to be unplugged and plugged back in. So they aren't without their glitches but for the price and simplicity of my application, they work just fine.

This was my second purchase because it’s easy to connect with the application. It can be connected to an Echo Show and probably other types of devices. The focus of camera view is a birds eye view. I am amazed at the night vision because it allows me to see the view in focus in the dark- and I wouldn’t be able to see the view from my eyes since it’s dark. The night vision is a win. Overall, the visibility of camera itself great! The Kasa app gives free service for a year with 24 hours of clips that can be downloaded and saved.

I had Ring but returned it because the video would stall frequently, even though I have extremely fast Wifi and Internet. The Kasa rarely, rarely stalls, and the video is just as clear as Ring, as well as the audio. It's easy to operate, with just a small learning curve. Wish it was both battery and AC, but for my purposes I am fine with spending less and dealing with the cord. The wide angle is a little less than Ring, but has less distortion.

Easy to hook up great quality great picture

I have several Kasa devices (smart switches and smart plugs). Through my alarm company I already get a door bell camera, an indoor camera, and two outdoor cameras which I have set up on the back porch and drive way. I wanted a camera to set up in my garage and bought this one. Picture quality is good and set up was very easy. Motion sensor works well and set up is also very easy. For my needs, this is a really good product overall.
