I was looking at two other units when this one came up in a lightening deal at £124 - the others were £149 & £179 but essentially performed the same range of tasks with a "claimed" identical set of features. Setting the unit up on the network was v tricky - several attempts performing the exact same set of commands eventually worked, it has lost the network setting once in a week, but I had issues with the Hub, and a few other devices had the same issue. Alexa integration is very basic, and you cannot name the device - start, stop and re-charge is all you will get, and you have to memorize the exact command strings – this skill needs more work. I am still trying to work out the remote as the instruction manual is poorly written in bad English and does not contain much of the information required, the same can be said for the iOS app. I did email the support line and they responded within 24hrs and searched for other reference material on the web. All that said, the unit is very quiet in operation in comparison to other robots I've owned (surprisingly quiet in fact) it does pickup and mops /wipes the floor to a fashion, the dual water cartridge latest far longer than expected I’m impressed with the unit’s ability to climb over obstacles, room floor dividers etc. and the battery life is good, thus far it has found its way back to the charging station from the furthest part the house across the hall and back into the kitchen. All in I am pleased with the unit for the price paid. I’ve yet to setup a schedule which I’ve now found in the app – so will give that whirl tomorrow. Would I have still purchased the unit knowing what I know now? The answer is a resounding YES! – Oh and it doesn’t need 1m clearance on both sides and 2m in front of the charging station as stated in the manual, I have about a foot on both sides and a couple in front – docks everytime and it also talks to you! UPDATE: On a schedule it only appears to run for 20 or so mins before returning to the base, only once over the last week has it done a full clean and returned to the base when the bat was at 9%. I emailed customer support A WEEK AGO - BUT HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE, it's no use to me if it does not do a full clean!! .. I will send 1 further email but now may well need to return - Such a shame. FURTHER UPDATE: Support came back to me and apologised for the delay and were then very attentive. In the end we agreed I would return this unit and purchase a replacement, as this was bought in a lightening sale I didn't want to be out of pocket so they let me know when the next sale was taking place - which is today! with even more money off - Retails at £169/ 1st lightening sale got it for £124.99 - Today re-purchased at £115 and Amazon have already issued the credit. Not sure how I am going to get the old one back with everything closed - will take that up under separate cover. will need to see if the replacement has the same issues - hopefully not - because I love this little robot!

It's good to but when on offer. Paid £115 on lightning deal.It is not intelligent. It moves and bumps and bumps bumps bumps.The coayu app doesn't remember your room mapping even though you can set up 'scenes' but what the pojnt of this is, is lost without memory.For £115 its a good buy. It gets stuck easily on rugs and mats. It doesn't do a good job of getting itself out of trouble and you'll have to restart it when it gets stuck.I had problems after a few months. Contacted coayu who sent new motorised wheels and then new brush bar motor parts thst I had to fit myself.It tries to make its way back to charge but sometimes, more than it should, it can't find the base and just dies somewhere in your room.I like the dual bin that let's us mop and hoover the hard floors at the same time and swap it out for the bigger bin for carpet areas, which is also supplied. Comes with 2 cloths and 4 brushes so you have a spare.

absolutely love this wee robot - that has been lovingly named as baby brother in my household. reason being he picks up all the little crumbs and toys the girls leave behind! as other reviews have suggested you need to pick up all items that you dont want sucked up or stuck on such as cables and barbie accessories and then let the robot work his magic! the schedule setting is great if you don't like noise at night and is easy to use with the simple app. alexa integration is basic so i prefer the app. the wet mop is great that you can simply stick the cloth in the washin machine and wash. it wont scrub your floors but dont pick up any sticky bits. the box comems with plenty of spares which makes it great value for money . i also had one minor issue and communication with the seller was excellent, and responded very promptly.a great buy especially for those areas that are just hard to reach and dont get TLC, such as under beds, tv units and sofas.with a new build, two kids and walking around barefoot, mine is on twice a day to collect dust and crumbs, wouldnt be without it!

This thing went well for about 4 straight months. We were very happy with the job it was doing.As long as you empty the collection bin and clear the filter and roller brush it works great. After 4 months though it started to give intermittent problems even with all the daily maintenance. Kept appearing in the app that roller brush was overloaded (checked and it wasn't). Reset it and of it would go for another 20mins, rinse and repeat.Now it leaves it's charging station, travels 6ft and just stops.Word of warning ⚠️ :You cannot buy spares for this product onlineNo brushes, no filters!Amazon have been "currently out of stock" since we bought this.We never used the mop feature as it was always too much effort to keep it going normally.At the price I would have been happy if we could have got a year out of it and binned it, but it's a bit expensive for a third of that time.Knowing this now, I would buy a more expensive robot vacuum that is a better known brand with readily available spare parts which are necessary to change in any vacuum.Buy cheap, buy twice.
