Put this in my '06 Duramax that I use for towing. Throttle response and pulling power immediately improved. On uphill grades where previously I'd have to downshift into 4th, I could just leave it in 5th gear and cruise no problem, even with a headwind! More Powa' and lower EGT's!!! I'm sold on this stuff, highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love this product! Works amazing with my 91 IDI ( AKA Dirty D)! Package came well packed, and I love the fact the shipper use biodegradable packing peanuts. There was an issue with my shipping at first, but the seller took care of the problem.

I just bought a 2020 GMC 2500HD Denali and want to treat the engine right. All research leads me to believe this additive will keep my diesel engine running smooth...I hope! Only 800 miles so time will tell.

I’ve used this in the past, but now will use it with every other fill up after having replaced my clogged fuel injectors. I can’t say I see, feel or hear any significant change MPG, etc after using it. But, if it keeps my injectors clean I’ll be happy. And it was recommended by my diesel mechanic.

I get better Milagros in my 6.4 and have better throttle response when I run this in every tank of diesel. It is supposed to lube the high pressure fuel pump too and that’s the main reason. I use it.

Had problem with very rough idle on my Duramax. Ran 2 bottles through (in 2 tanks of fuel), problem resolved, Dmax is running great. would recommend.
