GNC Pro Performance RapidDrive BCAA 5000 - Fruit Punch

It's definitely not the worst supplement I've ever tasted, but it is kinda gross... I do trust GNC that is contains the actual amino acids it's supposed to... It just has a kind of medicine taste to go with the fruit punch taste...

This was the run product for me thinking that I order arginine 5000.

I generally take my powders in shakes with milk, but sometimes it is not possible to have milk nearby so water is the alternative that flavorwise isn't the best. This particular flavor tastes very well in water, specially if it was done on a lo water dose to have a much more concentrate flavor

I know this is a health supplement, and it isn't meant to be a milkshake. Even generic pharmacy cough syrup tastes better than this - because that's about what it tastes like, but several degrees worse. Unfortunately the after-taste is even worse, if that was even possible.It is highly regard by some nutrition experts, so its technical content and performance are good. That is the only reason I didn't give it just 1 star.However there is no way that I could possibly ever use this as a regular supplement, nor could I recommend anyone else to do so, due to the taste. It simply isn't palatable.If you don't mind the taste, it is generally considered a good pre-exercise supplement in regard to what it delivers to your body.
