Garbage
It worked at first, but the digital tuner started to BSOD about a week after I got it. The analog tuner worked, but the digital tuner was messed up. Tried it on a different PC and got the same thing.Even worse, I tried to contact Diamond twice for an RMA, but they would not respond to my emails. Thankfully, the seller gave me a refund. I know that there are occasionally defects and would have been understanding if I got a response from Diamond, but instead I was ignored. I'll remember this Diamond.

So far, so good.
EDIT: !!! No longer working with Comcast QAM!! they have decided to encrypt all channels... Only OTA antenna works.I needed an internal tuner to tune for ClearQAM channels to use with Win7 WMC. It works well, and I was able to get all of the channels that I expected. For those looking as well, please note that there are 2 such tuners from Diamond, TVW750PCIE and TVW750PEC. The later of the two being this product and the one that I purchased. I noticed that the TVW750PEC included newer drivers, has a FM antenna and the ability for component inputs and is the same price. The product listing here does not show a correct photo, but I have added one to show the actual product.Pros:Simple PCIe install and WMC recognized the device after driver install and restart. Picture is as good as expected and sound comes through as DD.Cons:Seems slow. Takes about twice as long to start video and change channels than my old USB OTA tuner. This could because of the switch to QAM, but I am not sure. Also the FM radio is painfully slow. If you try to "seek" scan for channels, it pauses about 3 seconds on each interval of 0.2. This may be a WMC issue. Also, the sound level is slighter lower than my previous card.Notes:I have not tried OTA antenna so I cannot comment. The included remote is not being used.I have not tested any of the input capabilities.I am not using the included software for playback. To get working with WMC for QAM usage takes some time and research. In my case:1. Scan for tuner, then scan for available channels. (~30min)-at this point all that is found were about 10 SD broadcasts, mostly in Spanish and a family network, HUB. No national stations.2. Search for available QAM channels in my area using the google. There are several websites that will supply them.3. In WMC; edit guide, and manually add the channels I needed. Input the virtual channel number and select whether is a QAM64 or QAM256 broadcast.4. Then edit the listings for each channel so the guide is correct.Maybe the included software will work for others, but I like the WMC and didn't want to ditch it.My local service is Comcast.

Wouldn't work with my system
It did not work with windows 8, I asked the manufacturer for updated drivers, after a couple of days they responded that they were in the process but had no estimated dates. I should just check back.

Did Not Like Windows 7 x64
I wasn't able to use this card with my 64-bit Windows 7 PC. In fact, the 64-bit driver that's required to run the card refused to install at all, causing my PC to refuse to start up properly. Ended up having to go into Safe Mode and uninstall the driver in order to get my PC to work again properly. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the card's performance. However, Amazon was excellent with allowing me to return the card and get a refund for it, so that part of the transaction was excellent.

Took some time
I read some negative reviews about this TVW750PEC tuner card but I finally got it to work by finding a different driver than the one that came on the installation disc. It was a Conexant driver that I had to specify which hardware I had- a hybrid analog/ digital. If it doesn't say Hybrid ATSC/QAM PCI Express under sound, video, and game controllers in device manager then you have the wrong driver installed and it won't work. But it was well worth the price and now I can watch live TV on my computer. By the way, mine is a Windows 7 64 bit computer.D Frye
