JLab JBuds NEON Metal in-Ear Earbuds with Universal Mic for iPhone & Android

I needed replacements for a similar set I’ve used a few years for travel. These are compact and can be used with my laptop and iPad for internet meeting rooms. The bright color makes them easy to locate. The sound quality is excellent for ear buds costing roughly a Hamilton. I dislike Bluetooth ear buds as I’d expect to lose one, and these are one less thing to charge.

I anticipated the arrival of these ear buds, because like most I enjoy bass tones in my music. I made a mistake with another pair where the cable was breakable & not flexible like these made of Kevlar(tm).I learned also from another customer review about proper fit for ultimate sound. These provide 4 tip sizes to choose from. They are lightweight, the sound is clear, the lyrics are definitive, bass & treble tones are heard in the music as the various artists intended.I'm a huge Luther Vandross fan, yet I also enjoy music scores from my favorite movies & TV shows. Christmas music is festive. Rhythm & Blues, Funk, & Pop are bumpin'.The attraction was these are Purple & Yellow, a nice reminder of mybeloved Minnesota Vikings, Sköl!Christian music is spiritual. Even the slightest sounds of an artist taking a breath before performing are heard.Especially if they have passed on. It's just remarkable to hear what I've missed, & for the price, I can sit back & enjoy all of my genres of music. Thank you.

With my 75 year old ears I'm not much of a judge of audio quality. These earbuds sound good but there's something about them I can't describe that I like. Some kind of sound quality different than those I've been using. I like them.In addition, they seem quite sturdy and the leads don't tangle easy. I expect to get good service out of them.

I use these ear buds for PC gaming. So I need something that can tackle a wide variety of sounds accurately and a mix of different sounds flawlessly while being comfortable in my ear. I bought my last pair a year ago and I abuse the hell out of them. So it wasn't any surprise to me when one the the earbuds started to no longer work properly. I look forward to abusing the hell out of my new pair.

Left side does not work at all. I am trying to send them back for a refund. I currently own a pair of red an black jlab metal buds that iv been using for 5 days a week for a year now and the are the best pair of buds i ever owned. I also went thru about 4 or 5 pairs of the exact same earbuds i got from walmart before coming across the ones i own now. Every single pair either broke at the input jack or one of the buds didnt work or stopped working. I love the sound quality of these things. I just wish they would get it together as far as building a strong quality build. I would pay an extra 5 or 10 bucks for them if thats what it took to build a durrable quality product.

I’ve owned these earbuds in the past so I am quite versed on the production and quality but as these were used I remained skeptical. They came in the original package - obviously opened and then repackaged. The earbuds themselves appeared almost brand new and all of the original pieces were present. As I still had a functional pair of earbuds when I received my order these went unopened for a while. However as soon as I did use them I realized an issue.They didn’t work.Or at least partially. I bought these because my previous pair of these same earbuds had broken (not through wear but through my own incompetence, nothing at the company’s fault) but these were just as broken! One earbud did not work at all and the other was quite static. Obviously I tested them in different things to ensure it wasn’t just my phone or dongle at fault, but the problems persisted when I plugged them into my computer, piano, etc. They were practically unusable. I ended up throwing them into a junk drawer as I have no idea what could be wrong with them or how to fix them. It’s probably far past the return policy for them as well, unfortunately.Also I can’t remember if I already posted a review or not, so if there are double from me I apologize.

I bought these same headphones a few years ago and they lasted me a very long time. I love the color scheme of these headphones. The blue and orange combo really pops. The sound quality is excellent and I was even able to use them as part of my in-ear monitors when performing with the band on stage. Unfortunately I lost them, so I immediately looked to buy another pair. These earbuds have not let me down. Very happy with my purchase.

I had been looking for replacement headphones after my fluke red ones by the same company, died after four years (it's a fluke they lasted). Headphones like these aren't always resilient, so I was on the hunt, hoping to find the same or similar ones. I'm not mean to my headphones, but they do have to be sturdy. So far these seem like my old ones, just in neon. If you're looking for the right pair of this brand, look for the aluminum/metal these are made with. Not sure why, but this series lasts longer, though they're sadly hard to find. Time will tell if these last like those did.Update: These lasted about 2 years. Absolutely worth it.
