Our family loves these straws. Eco friendly, they work in both hot and cold drinks and last all day without falling apart. They have no taste to them. A great alternative to plastic straws.

I didn't get them for my cat, but he loves playing with them.Using them for their intended purpose, these things don't have any taste to them like other non plastic straws. They're incredibly sturdy and last long just like other plastic straws when you leave them in a drink for long periods.

I purchased all of the Avoplast items - forks, spoons, knives, straws. The eating utensils are very sturdy. I keep the straws in my car so that when I go to a restaurant or a drive-through, I don't need any straws. Nothing to clean, just throw it away, but it breaks down rather quickly. The straws are similar to strong paper straws. They are more expensive than purchasing plastic, but it's important to me to try to do as many things - big or small - to help the environment.

I think they are great! Sturdy straws. My kids and husband said they taste like avocado though🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t think they do.

Best disposable straw I’ve tried! Held up for days with no change, zero taste as one reviewer reported, flexible and feels like traditional plastic straws. The fact that they’re using avocado pits (that we’re going to landfills) and are completely biodegradable with no plastics used is huge.I’ll continue using my stainless at home and in the car, but these are fantastic for parties and vacation!

I'm allergic to avocados but have no issue with using these straws. They feel like a sturdier version of plastic straws. I would definitely buy them if you're looking for a biodegradable alternative to plastic, if you want the flexibility of being able to throw them away after one use, and you don't want to have to deal with washing reusable straws.

These are interesting and easy to use! There is a bit of flavor but nothing weird or gross. The texture is nice as well. Just don’t use in hot drinks! They get soft.
