Stay FAR AWAY. Thanks to reddit I called Microsoft to check if the key was valid/used/corrupt. Microsoft told me it was a key for windows 7. Packaging and everything looks legit for windows 10 pro. DONT BE FOOLED. So glad I called before starting my build.

Received this item in a sealed retail package, but when we tried to install it would not work. Contacted MicroSoft support and were told the product key was for a Windows 7 Pro (NOT the Windows 10 it was marked as or that we had ordered). Per Microsoft this is something they see with counterfeit merchandise often. DO NOT BUY.

It was older version 1603 had to update alot. It won't activate error code 0xC004F025. It said go to store to buy genuine windows. Other than that its great

I received May *2017* edition, not 2019. Therefore Windows had tons of updating to do. I may as well have just downloaded in the first place.

Hi everybody do you want your money to be wasted on a non authentic product go ahead and spend it on this because that's what you're going to do you will receive a box Windows 10 Pro in the mail you're super excited to get your computer rolling on playing games or what not on it you're getting it all set up everything's looking so good you turn your computer on if downloading all your drivers to get that done and you want to change the background on your desktop but you can't do that Windows needs to be activated then you call Windows support then they tell you that it's not Windows 10 Pro it's actually Windows 7 Pro and has been used well that's unfortunate now you call Amazon to get a refund that's where I'm at now.

The correct product arrived on-time and installing Windows 10 Pro went without a hitch.Good job VA Products (vendor) and Amazon!

I was nervous when first purchasing this OS for my new build due to all the negative reviews. I took a chance and bought it and haven't had any issues. I put my build together over the weekend and loaded my OS within an hour. Again, the code that came with mine had no issues being recognized and I've had zero problems with this OS since I've installed it. Hope this helps future purchasers, this is a great way to save $50+ on your OS.

The USB did not take with my build had to make my own. The key card worked so that was good. Windows on USB was older then title.
