4A Chai Brown Semi Permanent Hair Color Beautiful Collection

I’d used permanent color on my hair for decades. It always turned brassy and dried out my hair. I’ve been using this for nearly a year. The permanent color finally grew out. I used this once a month. My hair look great. The color looks natural, it covers the gray and no more frizzy ends or brassy color.

I have used permanent color for the past 20 years to cover graying hair. Now my natural color is almost white/grey. The every 3 week coloring was damaging my hair and at age 70 dark hair doesn't look so natural. I was searching for a way to GRADUALLY go grey. This color is perfect. I can apply as often as needed with no damage. It doesn't completely cover the gray. Every 3-4 weeks works for me. A single bottle can be used for 3-4 touch-ups. There is a little grey showing through. Just what I wanted. For more complete coverage, leave the color on for an hour or more. Over six months or so, I plan to color less often and allow more of my natural color to "show". When I am ready I can gradually wash it out!

I use this on non-grey hair as the main color (not to add a shade or refresh color) and it gives my hair great shine and lasting color. It really lasts for weeks for me, even though I wash my hair every other day. Of course it fades, but you can still see it clearly when it's time to recolor.The only downside is limited selection of shades, but they are intermixable, which I have taken advantage of fully. My current routine is mixing 1 part of 2RV and 2 parts of 4A. This gives a dark chocolate color with a hint of red wine shade.

I got med Ash brown, color and coverage was fine but I wouldn't buy this brand again bc it caused shedding. When I use other semi permanent brands my hair seemed healthy but not this one. A lot of hair falls out now like the way it did when I used to use permanent dyes. I regret using this brand.

This product is completely useless and did nothing to change my hair. I left it on for 45 minutes before rinsing. I have been coloring my gray roots since I was 22 and I am 50 now.

Very nice medium brown, warm color. I usually buy browns that are way too dark. This product really hit the spot. Was also easy and has lasted quite a bit of time.

Love the color and really covers white hair... The consistency is on the thick side... Works for me!!!
