Nutralife SAMe 200mg 30 Kosher Tablets

This is the first brand of SAMe I have ever tried, and I noticed results within just a few days. I started with one dose, but do best with two doses. While it is nice that it comes as the lower dose so you can adjust as needed, it does add to the cost that I am taking two. Still, compared to other brands, the cost is not high. I noticed I am much calmer but not tired or sleepy. My winter depression has done pretty well with SJW, but this definitely has made a huge difference for taking the edge off. I am much more motivated, and just generally content. My anxiety has reduced. I like that it is enteric coated to protect the stomach. I also enjoyed reading the included insert that discussed research about its various medicinal qualities. I am a science person, and always try to research as much as I can about any supplements that I take.

Though sure this is a quality product that is effective for most people; it didn't seem to have an effect on me. I am not going to wonder if I was or was not taking enough to satisfy the need for relief. So I am saying it probably does work but not for everyone.

I order this product for a family member a few times a year, and they tell me that it works as expected and definitely within a day or so of beginning use. The seller always ships promptly.

Can't beat the price. Works every bit as well as the higher price SAMe. I take it to brighten my mood. Also have been told that some of my liver enzymes are a little too high so taking it to see if it helps.
