Hirt's needs to reconsider using USPS
My complaint is mainly with the method of delivery Hirt's uses for their plants, not with the company or plant itself. My plant just arrived. It is bitterly cold outside today and the USPS left the plant sitting exposed on the front step. There was no attempt to knock or ring the doorbell. The enclosed heatpack was dead, and the plant itself, while not completely frozen, was very cold and I don't have high hopes for its survival. If you do choose to purchase this item, make sure you select the more expensive shipping option. If you don't, you risk spending $20 on a piece of glorified wilted lettuce.

wonderful plant
I purchased two of these plants several years ago, to place at our daughter's grave, and one at her grandfather's, who was Scottish. The one at our daughter's grave is thriving, even through Vermont winters. It blooms every year and has grown large. I am sure the other one would have done the same, only to my sorrow, the cemetery caretakers cut it down the first year, thinking it was a weed, I guess. Up here, probably no one knows what heather is!

happy with purchase
satisfied with products--came quickly--they are small plants -but i chose not to spend tons of money on something that i may not like or the plants may not survive. pleased with the healthy plants. Picture should be more realistic.Show the size of the plant when it is shipped and then the beautiful plant it can be.

Growing vigorously
This plant is growing very well. It is atracting bees and looks lovely. Worth the price. I am happy with it in my garden.
