NEED AN EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT
Apparently when you purchase this item it comes with a 30 day return window. We are doing massive remodeling on our home, and this light was just recently installed. Our electrician told us to wait to put in the lights and bulbs to avoid other construction workers breaking or damaging the lights. When we turned the lights on, only half of the 24 lights came on. Additionally, one light bulb was missing. See photos above. We had the electrician come back out to see if it was an electrical problem, or a fixture problem. It is a fixture problem. We just discovered this information today. According to Amazon, the "return window" closed yesterday, March 5, 2019. I paid over $1000.00 for these lights. I would like a replacement. I love the fixture and just want one that works. Can the sellers please help me?

I like the style but not the light bulbs.
Awesome light but a huge pain to set hight of bulbs. We set ours too high but it's done so I won't mess with it. I also wish it came with an LED option.

strikingly gorgeous!
Everyone exclaims how beautiful this lighting is as soon as they come into the kitchen. You can adjust the length of the lights individually, but I have them all at the same length for now. I have had it for about 5 months, and just love it. It is beautiful lighted or without light. We have it over our kitchen island.It's the best island pendant I've ever seen.

Amazing product quality and design!
We are in love with this lighting fixture - we like the bulbs at different lengths. It looks very 'modern farmhouse' with our natural wood dining table (a look I wasn't even going for). I get so many compliments. It's the second chandelier I've purchase from ET2 - the quality is amazing, especially for the price.

Stunning light!
The most beautiful light ever. Pictures cannot possibly do it justice. I was concerned about changing out burned out lights and it will be very easy. The replacements look like ones I have found at any large hardware/home store.

Amazing lamp
I always get compliments for this gorgeous lamp, it arrived in perfect condition, I broke one of the glasses cleaning it and the customer service help me with the replacement!
