Nice connector but a little snug
Easily install after some quick soldering. I have noticed that it can take a bit of force when removing the cable but otherwise it's nice connector and there haven't been any issues

Tight connection but it works
It's a pretty standard piece of hardware, but I do find that my XLR cables get stuck sometimes inside this unit and it's often difficult to pull them out. It's not a dealbreaker though, especially for applications where you don't plan on replacing the cable very often.
