Only 3.5 lbs and great for YouTube, and internet
This is a great device if you want to check out YouTube, or use any Web based applications, and have internet available. Google offers many great aps to install. Just keep in mind that it is not an " actual" laptop, but a Chrome Notebook, so there will be limitations. The battery seems to last a long time, and I enjoy taking it along in my backpack, when a laptop is just a bit much.

No Longer Supported
Loved that this Chromebook was inspired by the IBM Thinkpads of yesteryear (complete with nubby). Arrived on time and worked, however, this model no longer receives software support. Since it is essentially a dead model, I have decided to return it and try another.

it is fine for what I paid for it.
I like the fact that it's just like the one that I was issued at work. So, I am familiar with everything. However, I just received a message that it will no longer auto-update, as it is now I guess the word would be, obsolete. I just received it on Tuesday and unlike my Chromebook at work, this one will no longer update. So, the message suggested that I get a newer model. I probably will.

Works fine, decent quality for a refurbished.
Keys, sound, mouse, and everything works good. It is refurbished, so there are some cosmetic issues such as missing sticker and one loose key. If you want perfect, I recommend buying new, but if you do not mind some random flaws, you can take a chance and it will likely work out just fine like ours.

Gets the job done
It some blemishes the one that stands out the most is the crack close to the mouse.

Great chrome book for travel
I use it for travel. It has the typical great thinkpad keyboard and is rugged. I think of it as a think tank. Thro escort zips along with Chrome. Renewed for me meant like new

Obsolete version of Chrome OS, can’t update
OS cannot be updated as of June 2018. I knew I was buying a refurbished device but to power it up for first time use and see a message that the device is no longer supported is frustrating to say the least. The description suggesting it auto-updates OS is misleading.
