The earphone arrived promptly from the supplier in a good quality solid cardboard box.The earphones themselves were contained in their own plastic pocket, keeping them separate and clean until you decide to open them. If the packaging is good, the item is generally a good standard, in this case - it was.Two pair of additional sized ear gloves were contained in a separate plastic bag.As I said, not a lot of expense spent on the packaging, nothing fancy, just functional, which suggests that the company concentrated more on the product!The earphones themselves are of similar quality to others in their similar price range.They fitted easily into each ear and were not uncomfortable for the two hours that I wore them!The sound was excellent for the price paid - if you want high quality earphones with high quality sound - pay high prices!!I listened to both radio stations and iPhone music and the sound was as good as some dearer ones I had purchased.The volume range was excellent and little distortion was obvious at the higher range that you would probably listen to.** GREAT * feature is the ability to receive and make phone calls!The sound quality was clear and I left a message on a voicemail and listened to the quality of it when I got home - it was clear and fine!The adjustable volume control is in a suitable position to reach your chin and the control worked as expected.it also had a 'pause' feature for any music that you listened to.If I had to add a negative comment it would be that I was disappointed that the company did not include a little cloth pouch to store the earphones in whilst on the move!Happy enough to recommend these earphones and the company producing them.

Update part two!!!!Customer service refunded me the full amount for the headphones £16.900 and are due to send me a free pair will confirm when they arrive!!! (Great customer service very responsive)(Update!!!!!)Customer service contacted me to offer me a full refund in addition to a new pair of headphones it seems they may have had a faulty batch of some kind and have thus contacted me to try and resolve things. (I will update again fully once the new headphones arrive / the refund has gone through but so far the customer service has been quite good and the headphones themselves were good value before they broke so I am happy to be offered a new pair and a refund to boot! :)Bought them and had them delivered on 24/09/2019 as off 20/11/2019 one ear has broken and produces no sound and the other one has started to work and not work as off today 21/11/2019.. I was enjoying the headphones until then as the sound quality was not that bad and even though the ear pieces are slightly a awkward fitting even with changing the plastic covers for £16.99 I thought I did alright though I am now dreading having to pay more money to replace them due to them now seeming to cease functioning at all. (Not looking forward to my hour long commute tomorrow without any music and I am sure my anxiety levels upon arriving to work will be heightened.)In sum a decent pair or headphones but they broke after three months of use so considering I am super careful with my things maybe look for a more dependable pair if you want to use them a lot)

They are comfortable and good quality headphones at first . I’ve bought these headphones on the 1st Oct and today is the 18th Oct ...I’m having problems with them , only one earpud works and these headphones do this thing where when you move a the wire a little bit it activates Siri on my IPhone XR . It was really annoying ..the audio quality is better than the headphones you get from the apple Store which i thing is very nice and they are cheaper too .Don’t buy these headphones if you want your headphones to last .

These headphones are magic! No matter how carefully you put them away, they will always tangle into a complex knot that will take minutes to untangle. They are coated in an advanced adhesive plastic which sticks to its self ensuring that even the simplest knot is as difficult as possible to untangle.These are the worst headphones I have ever owned for tangling.

Excellent base in these headphones. I was really surprised by just how much for the price. Usually cheaper headphones sound tinny so I was expecting this. Honestly they have crazy bass but in a good way. I don’t need to turn the volume all the way up like I do with my headphones. They fit better too with the little rubber cups that are on the ends. They come in different sizes but the ones that were already on it are fine for me so I don’t need to change them.There’s volume and track control on the wire too so you can skip songs or play the ones before. They also work great as hands free but I’ve mostly been using them for my dance tunes! 😂They have a lightening fitting so fit all iPhones with the lightening charging port.Again I’m really surprised how decent these sound and how well they fit, I’d definitely recommend. I’m obsessed with headphones, I order so many different types to try and get the decent sound I want, I have Bose on ear which I use in the house but I don’t suit them so I can’t wear them outside because I look stupid so I wanted in ear ones for the gym that won’t find out of charge, so I went for these and I’m glad I did :)I’ll stop waffling on now!If you think my review has helped you in any way could you please click the ‘helpful’ button below? Sound quality, and comfort were great. Endurance was terrible. I used my headphones for the first time today, after about one hour usage the connection started to cut out, when I went to unplug them it came apart as shown in the picture!EDIT: a replacement was sent and so far ok. Hopefully they are better than the last pair! The company tried to hassle me into giving them a good review simply because they sent a replacement though.EDIT2: the replacement set overheated if the volume was turned up more than half!! Not willing to risk damaging my phone with them so binned immediately!! One star is generous!
