Metal back piece ended up bending completly and had to jerry-rig it. (I'm only about 140 lbs..) Leather on chair ripped but still had the cloth part under it so it's not too uncomfortable but not the best chair ever.

We paid a lot for this chair two years ago. The chair is slowly breaking already. First the leg rest won’t hold much wait. Then the screw to adjust height failed and we can no longer adjust it. Now the arm screw snapped in half. Mind you the user is not heavy. He’s 6 feet and 180lbs. This was purchased in 2020 at the start of the pandemic because he would be working from home. We will be replacing it with a different brand.

The chair look amazing, and it’s comfortable enough, but not perfect. I’m 6ft tall and my head goes over the head rest, so I would say it’s ideal for someone around the 5’8” mark. Also, the chair is on the wider side, especially in the arms. These were issues for me but as long as you’re not incredibly skinny or at least reasonably tall it’s very comfortable. In terms of east of assembly, I hope these things are intuitive to you. The instructions show absolutely nothing useful, but being that there’s only a few screws and they all only fit in one spot, it’s not bad to just figure out. One last thing that might not matter but I really liked is that this chair doesn’t actually come with the logo on the headrest. It makes the chair look a lot cleaner and sleeker, so that’s nice. Overall a good chair, definitely meant for the average person, so should be good for most people.

This chair is cool. It was a Christmas gift for a 12 year old nephew and he was over the moon. Really nice leather (don’t know if it’s real) looks cool. For the price it is great. The 4 stars are for the assembly instructions. Basically useless. My sister had to text to ask for the company info. Which really doesn’t exist. We ended up turning to YouTube which helped and they got it put together.

It was good at first, although somewhat difficult to put together. The footrest never worked very well and eventually broke off completely. The arms are also starting to fall off.

Chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. I'd caution anyone who pushes on the arms a lot to readjust themselves to be careful because of the way its connected. The screws for the arms are screwed in from the bottom so I broke two of the screws and the arms just became super wobbly. But the arms themselves aren't the most comfortable either so I just took mine off completely. I'd say if you do go for this kind of chair probably just go for a cheaper one.

Bought this chair to replace one that had served my well for about 15 years but was falling apart. From the moment this chair arrived there was nothing but problems. First issue was that the directions were terrible, nothing was written in a understandable way and the included hardware was not marked at all. Second issue is that there are definite quality control issues with the manufacturing, almost nothing went together smoothly and I had to reach out to the seller for replacement parts (multiple times for the same defective part). Last thing is the chair gets light use and is already falling apart. Honestly if your looking for a good chair save your money and buy one of the nicer more expensive chairs.

This chair is great. It is comfortable--not too soft, not too firm (for my taste).The lumbar support is nice.The neck pillow is able to be pulled up to sit perfectly tucked into my neck when seated all the way back.The leg rest can be extended out to rest your legs stretched out (calves rest on it), pulled in against the seat (I like to sit cross-legged at times), or tucked underneath the seat to sit normally.I purchased the gray/black version which fits nicely with the color scheme of my office/game room. The various color options are nice as well.Very satisfied with this purchase!
