OEM Parts Are Best
A Genuine GM part is exactly what my 99 C2500 needed. A little elbow grease and some WD40 to get the original one out. Apply the included anti-seize and it was wrenched in in less than 5 minutes. Connecting the wire harness was another story though. Accurate part delivered in under 24 hours for half of the local dealer price. My truck is much happier now and so am I.

WORKED PERFECT Once Old Ones Were MUSCLED OFF
Worked great. Had to employ all the usual tricks to remove old ones. My RV (Chevy P30 Chassis Van) has two (2) Upstream O2 Sensors. To remove these FROZEN bears, had to 1/ Run engine 15-min. to heat things up; 2/ Used breaker bar. 3/ After renting AutoZone slotted sockets, finally decided to buy Amazon ABN 3 Piece 3/8" Drive Oxygen Sensor Wrench Socket Set to have handy; over a two day period, sprayed Sensors (at hex nut) w/ PB Blaster; 4/ Hit Sensor heads w/ hammer to "knock loose" rust softened up by PB Blaster. All this & they were still BOTH bears to remove. Ensure you order your UPSTREAM, not downstream, Sensors. I bought these after CEL came on, AutoZone ran OBDII, came up w/ A/ Coolant Temperature Sensor (replaced that last week, after which CEL went OFF!) and B/ Upstream O2 Sensor. Glad I replaced all 3 parts, as the old ones all came out dirty.

What a difference!
My truck has 225k miles, and has been running rough over the past few months. The service engine soon light has always been on, and I've been pulling codes suggesting that BOTH downstream O2 sensors were bad. I've read the reviews on some aftermarket sensors and was not looking forward to fighting an issue with bad new parts. No SES light for a full tank of gas. These sensors are the original equipment parts that were installed in my truck, and have improved performance and gas mileage since installed!Be sure to reset the on-board computer by disconnecting the negative battery cable for at least 30 minutes. I disconnected it before replacing the sensors and all was well.

Fixed the problem
I purchased another brand before using an original equipment part. The first one did not correct my check engine light. This one did.
