(Refurbished) Apple iPhone XR, 64GB, Red for T-Mobile

This phone is locked to carrier. Also I tried to add service from T-mobile, Verizon, Cricket , sprint and ,Boost. This phone isn’t compatible. At all $430 down the drain. I’ve requested a refund. Merchant refuses to get back with me and send return labels. $430!!!!!! Are you serious???

I just received this phone that clearly states that it is locked for Sprint only in multiple areas of the description and it is definitely NOT compatible with Sprint. I have attempted to contact the seller and it says they will get back to me in 2 days. Sprint is now attempting to locate the appropriate SIM card. This has been extremely frustrating.

Phone was nice, but requested compatible with Sprint. Spent 2 hours at Sprint and it was not a Sprint phone. Now I have to go through waiting for return label and send it back and not get refund for 2 weeks. This is my first experience buying a used phone at Amazon. I will not do it again. I'm sure it was a simple mistake, but such a hassle.

WARNING!! THIS PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED! I bought two of them and had to spend 260 dollars to unlock both of them to metro. FYI they are not unlocked phones.

While the device is working as expected and there were no scratches on the device there was a minor imperfection around the camera lenses where the paint look a little scratched. This wasn't a big deal since it wasn't a major gash that would affect the lenses. The lenses itself was fine. Battery life was at 80% as stated in the description.The only issue was that this is not a T-Mobile device even though it does work on T-Mobile. Seeing as how I received the model A2106 that is the Japan version and the issue is that it does not include LTE bands that T-Mobile has launched in the last few years to expand coverage and that is band n71. That band is included on the T-Mobile iPhone Xr. This is disappointing since that band is used for in building coverage as well as rural areas for better coverage. I wish this was made clear that it was the Japan version that works on T-Mobile not a T-Mobile phone.Seller is resolving the issue and I usually don't have an issue with products from this seller.

I like this item. Its condition is perfect. I have been used when I bought. I’m glad. But; I would like to advise to the seller. So; it would be much more beautiful if they add a gift protective case in addition to the screen saver it puts in the package when the product was sold. This made me much happier with the similar product I bought before.

Fast shipping, delivered two days earlier than scheduled. iPhone makes transferring all content from previous IPhone a breeze. The phone is exactly as advertised and all functions seem to work as expected. I’d make sure that the enclosed lightning cable and charge brick are the same power specifications as the original or damage to the battery may occur. The phone is renewed but the only indication of previous use is the internal battery maximum capacity is at 91%
