This Mixer Grinder is just the Best. It Does the Job neatly, for what it is meant for.There were reviews about the 'high Noise' of this machine, I too agree, but believe me the Level of Noise is just Same for any other Brand 750 watt Mixer Grinder. I think people have compared the Noise Level of this machine with any other 500 watt machine.As mentioned, the Quality of Stainless Steel for the Jars are Top Notch. Also, the Jar Base is of Aluminium Alloy, unlike some other Brands that provide with Plastic Base.The only thing my wife complained initially was that, the Gasket of the Jar Cap was very Tight for Locking. But after some days of use, it was absolutely OK.The Smallest Jar can make very fine Wet Chutney and Dry Masala powder, even if the Quantity is less.Overall a Good purchase..

The packaging of the product is very good... though i had issues in the delivery of the product but overall the product is amazing.Here are some details about the product-1.Very durable.2.Good finish.3.No issues with working of the grinder.4.The sealing of the jar is rubber proof.5.Value for money.Overall an amazing product at this price range.....Just go for it.... would have given it 5star but due to problems which i have faced in the delivery has forced me to reduce a star...!!!A must buy...:):)

The grinder seems to be a really powerful unit with compact construction.Key points -1. SS jars are really tough and heavy .Jar base is not made of plastic rather it is of tough aluminum painted with black color. Color coating may be removed with time.2. A 750 watt motor delivers top notch performance while grinding cumin seeds , making tomato puree , Ginger garlic paste .3. I didn't try juicer jar to make juice yet.So further performance of this mixer grinder can be evaluated with regular usage.Everything is fine about it .I just wish it lasts longer without any hiccups so that I don't have to go to Borosil Service Center because Their home service is limited to a specific region .

I rarely write comments unless something very drastic (either too goo or too bad) and in this case, unfortunately its the later. Writing this after ~ 1 year of usage. Weird grinding sound starting coming and since the mixer was in warranty perioed, raised the concern request and upon inspection, we were informed that motor is fine and all the jars have gone bad. One of the jars is even leaking (near the handle) and not repairable. Since the warranty is only for the motor and not for jars, we had to replace all the jars which is very shocking for me to do so with in one year of purchase. Ours is a small family of 3 and usage is very minimal. Such sub standard steel jars were not accepted at all. Whereas earlier brands that we had used like Preethi and Gopi worked very well for more than 10 years each without single complaint. I had done good research and picked up Borosil based on the online reviews etc. but ended up to be a blunder. So request everyone to stick to established brands that I mentioned for long term use as they are robust products and not fragile and inferior like Borosil. Very very disappointed. Feels like being cheated.

First of allFirst, aesthetically it won’t please your eyes much more. Performance is good. Jars are good. But overall it seems too plasticky. In 8 months of operation, started problem with the speed knob. There is a loose contact in the knob terminals and now the motor is not working well. Tried to contact the customer care with the numbers provided in the warranty card and the website. Surprisingly both lines are ‘currently not available’. Just dropped an email in the service contact email address, don’t know whether it will be attended or not. FYI

We(my granny) were using for 4 years even it is working excellently. Superb product. Now i am going to buy it for myself

I have been using this mixer grinder for over a month now and can safely say that this product from borosil is worth every penny spent. It has a powerful motor and I have used it to grind dry Indian masala as well as to make batter for different purpose. And everytime I am amazed at the quality of the batter or masala I have got. I will highly recommend this product.

This mixer-grinder-juicer offers excellent value for money. The stainless steel jars are thick and handles are very sturdy. Noise levels are comparable with those of other similar products in this price range. The blades are very sharp. Hence I would advise caution while changing blades. Flipside: a choice of colors isn't available. Yet, this blender is ideal for kitchens of small households of four to six members. Easy to clean as long as you're extremely careful with the sharp blades.
