Overall it's a great shelter. Surprisingly spacious inside. Setup was easy but took a little longer than expected, I am sure this will go faster the next time. Disassembly was a struggle. Three of the pole were very hard to separate. Using a twisting action helped. I will try dry silicon to help with separation. Because it was so hard to separate I broke one of the bungees. The walls are very nice.

Upon receipt - case was ripped. Upon unpacking - material is rusty. Upon assembling and disaassembling - hardware began to be stuck and break. Contacted to resolve the issue - no answer as of yet - about 30 days later. DO NOT BUY

Qualität für 1 Jahr - finde ich nicht gut.Ich ärgere mich sehr - bin echt enttäuscht.Das ist alles Mist - zumal wenn man alt ist.Ich will kein Geld von Ihnen - aber was soll ich bzw. was kann ich ( nun schon zum 2. mal ) jetzt machen ?Ich zahle auch gern ( im Rahmen meiner Rente ) etwas drauf - haben Sie nicht etwas richtig stabieles -wo die Bänder halten ( 1. Zelt ) und die Nähte bzw. der Stoff - stärker ist - um nicht zu zerreisen ???Vielleicht haben Sie eine Lösung für mich ? !!!Nette Grüße aus SachsenH-U Göppner

We've had three of these in our Scout Group for over five years and they get used half a dozen times a year when we camp and stay up all the time. Sun block on the cover is fantastic on hot sunny days to protect all ages.Looking at the critical reviews.- No rusty poles if you dry them out before putting them away.- No shredding fabric if you dry it out before storing- Easy to put up if you follow the instructions.- Will withstand very strong winds when up IF you use decent tent pegs and if you put it up so the fabric is tight and the arches are curved.The secret to success is to assemble the poles but with the last leg section undone. Then you can secure the roof on the four main struts and at the four sides before adding the final parts of the leg. Then secure one foot first in the ground and for the next push its' foot towards the secured one until the foot plate lies perfectly flat on the ground. Your poles will then form a perfect ROUND curve. If you do this for all four feet you will have a self supporting dome. Then attach the hooks to all four corners and only then do up the rest of the velcro straps. Finally pull the ribbons on each corner as tight as you can so the fabric is tight like a wing. And that's how your shelter will last for years unbroken.

Love this! Bought to replace a gazebo that couldn’t stand up to being erected or dismantled.This is a far different beast, the steel poles provide a strong frame and it couldn’t be any easier to assemble -put up and down by myself without assistance in about 15 minutes.The range of accessories available allow you to tailor construction to suit your needs.Granted, I doubt it’s torrential downpour proof, but looks like it could hold its own in a shower.I’d definitely recommend this over many gazebos available on the market.

Wir haben diesen Shelter für die Überdachung unserer Terrasse 2016 bestellt. Er stand pro Jahr ca. 3 Monate und wurde im Winter im Keller gelagert. Bei Stürmen haben wir die Plane jeweils vorsorglich abgenommen. In der Saison 2017 waren bereits die Spanseile wie mumifiziert gerissen, kurze Zeit später auch Einrisse an der Naht. Eine Reklamation wurde durch Amazon durch Austausch des Artikels dankenswerter Weise beantwortet.2018 trat das gleiche Problem erneut bei Ersatzartikel auf! Aufgrund erneuter Reklamation wurde nochmals durch Amazon ein neuer Ersatzartikel versandt. An dieser Stelle großen Dank an Amazon für diese Kulanz!!!Wie bereits befürchtet wiederholte sich das ganze nun 2019. Ohne großes Unwetter riß der Stoff des Shelters an der Naht ein (siehe Bild). Ein erneuter Ersatz wurde dieses Mal durch Amazon mit dem Hinweis auf die abgelaufene 2-Jahres-Garantie, welche 2016 begann erwartungsgemäß abgelehnt.Zusammenfassend:Design: super tollQualität & Haltbarkeit: katastrophal!!!Service von Amazon: superEs ist mir unverständlich wie man solche schlechten Materialien für den Shelter verwenden kann. Wir bedauern es sehr, da er vom Design hervorragend zu unserem Haus gepasst hat und ein echter "Hingucker" war. Aber einen Kauf kann man somit keinesfalls empfehlen!Sehr Schade!!!

With the hot summer and having a young child we wanted a suitable shelter to play outdoors, in the past we have had the more traditional type of gazebo with the cloth fabric covering. After sustained sun these more traditional gazebo's would weaken and the material tear, this shelter however uses the same material as a camping tent which means it is more durable with the added benefit of being waterproof! We have left this up since the beginning of summer (now Sept) and it has withstood heavy wind and rain, baking hot sun and a child bashing things into it...... it still looks brand new!The shelter is easy enough to put up, you can do it with one person although two will make the job a lot quicker!
