I'm one of those people who can go a month without pooping. I've been so impacted, I've had to go to the ER and let them "remove" it. I've been to every specialist, no one knows why I can't poop. I've taken every over the counter and prescription drug, to no avail. My friend introduced me to this tea, I wasn't expecting anything being that nothing had helped me!! I drank the tea one morning and HALLELUJAH!!! It was like Moses parted the "Brown Sea"!! I use it as needed (Once a week)! The cramps don't bother me, because I know what's coming, or should I say going!!!

I gained weight due to some medications I was on and my weight went from 140 to 207 in six months. I found this tea in my local Asian market last August for $3.29 and started using. I figured what would it hurt. I started drinking a cup every other day at night with plenty of water. By October I had lost about 20 pounds plus walking. I was pleased with the results and started buying a box every month. Now I don't know if people caught on to this but the market no longer carries the tea. I had to combine two other teas to get the effect of this one but although it made me go to the bathroom it really hasn't worked the way this tea works. I wasn't losing the weight like I was with the mix blend I had to put together so I can't wait for my order to come so I can get back on track. My hair and skin looked AMAZING and to get the full effect I don't put anything in the tea. Just drink it straight then water and chill and let the tea work it's magic. I was pleased with the fact that Amazon sells the tea but I really miss getting it from the market. I was paying less than $7 for two boxes and here I'm paying much more for the same product. That's the only issue I have with this.I hope this helps anyone looking to loss weight.

If you are looking for a slimming tea, look no more. This is the only tea that you can keep drinking on a daily basis and you don't build a tolerance to ( like Uncle Lee's or 3 ballerinas, etc...).This tea works and it works well. Be ready to use the potty a lot and drink lots of water.One cup a day to start, preferably at noon, so you don't have to be in the toilet all night. I don't recommend drinking at night because it has a bit of an energy kick, I guess from the ginseng.I've also noticed my skin being so healthy and youthful ( I am 40) and since I've started drinking the tea, I get a lot of compliments on how young I look. Has also made my hair shinier. Might also be from the ginseng.Anyway, I highly recommend. 👍

Okay this tea is the bomb for cleansing your tummy out. Make sure you have a restroom near you at all times when you first drink this! It helped me ease into a healthier diet, because any greasy or heavy meals will absolutely destroy your stomach and that’s when the cramping and sweating happen (at lest for me!) when I ate clean, (lean meats, good fats, low carbs) I didn’t get any cramps, I still went to the restroom but I could control myself. It helped me lose weight at the beginning without excerice, and now even more that I excercise and eat clean. Overall great product, remember to drink a lot of water!

Potent. It'll give you an upset stomach when you have to go and you might feel a bit queasy for a few hours afterwards, but it really does a great job at flushing your system out. Keep in mind that you might have spurts of needing to go back to the bathroom throughout the day till the queasiness has left your system. I would NOT drink this daily or rely on this solely to lose weight. Your bowels can get too reliant on the senna leaves.Also, the flavor is mellow and easy to drink if you're wondering about the ginseng flavor. It's barely there imo.Update 8/8/2019: Upping to 5 stars from 4. It's been a year since reviewing. I've been drinking this sporadically over the year. I still have a little bit of the second box left, but I also found they sell this locally, so I won't be reordering this online. When I said this is potent, I really meant it. I understand why it gave me such bad cramps when I first tried.. because it was too strong of an intake. If you end up buying this, I highly recommend reusing one tea bag for two servings (leave your tea bag in briefly and use again tomorrow, or brew in twice the water and save half the tea for later). Learn from my mistakes. You will poop just as much lol, but with less cramping. I ended up trying other brands on a whim because I saw a bunch in the local Asian grocer, and I have to say this one is the strongest out of them all. I tried Hyley's Slimming Tea, Triple Tea Brand Special Slimming Tea, and a couple of green teas in that green ballet silhouette box. This one trumps them all because it is so much stronger and guarantees you do a number two. That being said, If you're looking for something less potent that won't give you cramps, never tried diet teas before and don't know what you are getting yourself into, or you hate the idea of reusing your tea bag, I recommend Hyley's Slimming Tea (It's the gentlest out of the ones I've tried and least amount of tea leaves per bag, taste not that great though).

People listen! If you ever need a good internal cleaning, this here will get you right. Sweetie uses this after all holiday feast but this is my first time. IT WORKS! IT WORKS! ....but take a personal day from work. You cannot travel far from the toilet. Also, put a teaspoon of honey in it, if the taste is a tad to bland. It's not bad tasting at all. You receive 2 boxes with 18 bags on each. You can't beat that value!

I brewed a cup of tea as directed on the instructions. About 3 hours later I started having cramps which became so extreme I was left clutching my stomach with a pillow rocking back and forth for over an hour. The cramps became less extreme, but I still had cramps the next morning. My system became very volatile. Afterwards I research 'dieters tea' and found that they are basically laxatives. Most have mostly senna which is a laxative. I have senna pills and have used them in the past for constipation, but never have had the extreme cramps I had with this product. Needless to say, I will throw the rest away.
