Btroke at the base after just 3 uses.
I don't know if it was defective from the factory or maybe got too hot during shipping. But, $30 dollars is a lot of to pay for a lipstick and have it break right away! I have bought this exact same lipstick from stores and never had this problem before.

Love color, loose at base
I love the color of this Estee Lauder lipstick but it was loose from its base when delivered. Had I purchased in-store, would have returned immediately. But a bit of a hassle for the return this time due to weather so keeping it but being careful when using it. Little disappointed.
