This is the second one I bought. I don't find it practical or useful for cushioned seats (car, desktop). I think it looses its purpose. I use the water proof one in my SUP as a kayak seat the whole summer. It's better than some flat seats that they sell specific for that.

Ich muss viel sitzen auf der Arbeit. Die Schale hilft mir. Ich arbeite zu Hause, könnte den Sitz aber auch gut mitnehmen. Ich finde auch gut, dass ich ihn bei Bedarf nutzen kann und somit die Sitzposition ändern.

I was struggling with pain around my coccyx which cause me pain sitting at my work desk, kitchen table and on the couch. I used the seat thinking it was quite an expensive punt but within 2 hours My pain had gone. No pain when trying to stand after sitting for anywhere between 15 minutes to 3 hours. It was like a magic wand for my pain. No idea why but for me it was absolutely transformative for my pain during and after sitting. I had normal back pain too and that was reduced because of an improved sitting position. Worth every penny to me. Been using for a few months now and whenever I don’t use it, the pain creeps back. Brilliant, and I don’t write reviews often so it was so good for me that I had to. Good luck.

I sit on my office chair every day. This gives me support and at the end of the day I no longer have the lower back pain and leg discomfort that I had been experiencing. The product was recommended to me by my very competent and trustworthy chiropractor. The company sends a video tutorial for use. It’s worth watching to be sure to position it correctly.

Very good, definitely worth using.
