In progress....
I am on day three with this product and have decided to keep an ongoing review periodically for the 14 days it is named for.About me; I am 41 years old. I have no significant health problems. I eat healthy, avoiding most dairy, gluten, sugar, etc. I am premenopausal. My job is pretty active, but I rarely exercise. I deal with depression and it's symptoms; mostly the lack of energy, which doesn't help my motivation in exercising, or mood. I have always been a thin person, but in the last year I have put on 26lbs and lost quite a bit of muscle. I am currently at 130, which is not overweight, but I have noticed that if I don't stick to a routine diet, the weight comes much easier than in my youth and tends to hang around with more persistency. I seem to carry more water weight now, bloat easily and due to hereditary factors, deal with digestive issues. My goals; To feel better, lose the bloat weight, find energy to exercise, and relax more into eating, rather than dieting. Ideally, for me and what I'm comfortable with, I'd like to find my weight back to 115.Reasons I chose to try the Baetea; I have always found tea detoxes to be relatively easy on my system and I am very fond of warm cups of tea."The product claims on their website, the following:our 14 Day Teatox is the ultimate way to calm and cleanse your body. Baetea gives you energy and elevates your mood.Boost your energy level without any nasty artificial ingredients. Contains natural, beneficial ingredients to promote a feeling of fullness and suppress appetite while giving your body extreme nutrition with vitamins and antioxidants."The review so far. Some reviewers are fond of the little strawberry infuser so let's get that out of the way first. I don't need cute in my tea. Also, this tea probably endures some shipping abuse along the way, and my bag was quite settled and seems to have been milled down pretty well. I could tell immediately that the holes in the strawberry were going to be too big, so I use the old fashioned metal ball type. Even with that and its tight seal, I have to pour my tea back through to make sure I'm not drinking the equivalent of coffee grounds. If you don't have an infuser, I recommend one like the metal ball, or the one they market with the product that has the leaf on it. I own that one too and it works well with this tea.The tea itself taste wonderful. I sweeten mine and have not tried it without. I think I could drink it that way and still enjoy it, but I prefer a sweetness. I am always disappointed when the cup is empty and wish there was more.On day one I experienced a bit of nausea, but it passed. I definitely felt the energy that it promises. I rarely have energy to function and often find myself in a fog and wanting a nap, but this day I was perky, got a lot done and text my fiancé to say, wow- I feel REALLY good today. It surprised him. Because I had energy and was being productive, my mood was better. This has continued into day 3, though in the afternoon, I sort of feel a let down in energy and consider having more tea. I haven't done this yet because the directions don't indicate the product can be used this way or not. And, because of the next reason....People have asked about the laxative effect of the tea and if there is one. The company claims:"This small amount of senna is used to aid in digestion. Most people are reluctant to try colon cleanse teatoxes due to their laxative effect. Many teatoxes out there use a large amount of senna or other laxative ingredients to produce a strong laxative effect. That is not the case with our teatox! We have yet to hear a customer experiencing a strong laxative effect from our teatox. Hope this helps :)"It is my PERSONAL experience that though the "laxative effect" isn't strong, it's definitely present. This started on day two and has continued into day three, usually 1.5 hours after my morning tea. Perhaps "strong" isn't the right word, but urgent may fit rather well. The blatantly honest truth is that I feel better afterwards- hence the word detox I suppose. As of now, I don't feel bothered by it enough to stop the product.Appetite....I don't know if it makes me feel full, so much as I just don't want to eat. So appetite suppression is covered rather well. However, much like the energy wearing off in the middle of my day, I also find myself suddenly starving, but when I do eat, I eat less than normal. (I should point out that I work 12 hour days and commute a total of two hours. So by the time I'm dragging down and hungry, it's about 1pm. I get up at 4am and don't return home until 8pm.)I don't know if I've lost any weight, but the bloat is definitely subsiding and I'm less gassy.I've sort of covered energy, but I will say that for the last two days, I have more energy, sleep better at night and get up easier on my 4am mornings. My mood is also better and I feel like doing more- even exercising. If you struggle with depression, know that diet is huge in this area and this tea seems helpful because of the energy it gives me and my lack of desire to eat large amounts and sweets.I have not noticed any difference in my skin, but I remain hopeful. I will check my weight on day 7.I'm at three stars right now because it's just too soon to tell for me. I'd like to see some weight come off, so I've added light exercise...stay tuned for updates!

Great product at first...
This is based off 1 day, I will come back after 1 week to update it again.I had some of the tea around 10 am this morning 10/29/15, after about 15-20 min I did feel a little more energized but not in a jittery way which is great. It definitely did suppress my appetite, I've only eating a few grapes and a few pieces of cut up watermelon so far today at its already 5:30 pm. I also feel a little less bloated, but I can't confirm if that's because I didn't eat much today or if it's the actual tea doing what it claims to do, it's to soon to tell. The strawberry tea infuser they send with the tea leaked some tea particles into my tea, the holes in it are to big for the tea I suppose. That being said, I had to strain it, and I was still left with some in my cup, so keep that in mind, especially if you're in a rush lol. The tea does taste good, I'm usually an all black tea girl, I'm not not big on flavors and I absolutely hate spiced tea, like chi tea for example so I was concerned that I'd hate how it taste because it is flavored and not just straight black tea. To add some sweetness I just added a little bit (about 1 teaspoon) of honey to mine, and it was perfect after. I will come back in 1 week to update, but so far so good!Update*** 11/4/15Ok, so I have actually been down at my shoes house for a few days and I forgot my tea at home by mistake lol. I'll do another update in 1 week but for now the first few days I liked the tea, it made me less hungry and I felt less bloated, I don't think I've lost any weight though. The taste of the tea for me is still ok, I suppose I'm a little turned off to it now lol, idk why.Now for the part that is gross but it is a detox so it must be said. As for my BM, I typically go 3 times a day regardless of any tea, but the good news is that didn't change, so this tea really does not have a laxative effect, however it can change the consistency of your BM, possibly to more of a wet mud like texture lol so be aware of that and maybe pick up some flushable wet wipes, I always have them in the bathroom and boy my bum was happy that I did the last few days...I'll be home tomorrow and will resume the last week of the tea, I'll be back to update again.11/17/15Rating of 5 stars down to 3. I stopped using it because the taste turned me off after a while, I'm not sure why. It curved my appetite a bit, but it didn't help my bloating. The first few days were great, then it went downhill lol.
