It depends on who the seller is. I bought one in late 2019. It came from a seller named "BuySpry". The phone has worked great for two years - completely authentic Samsung Galaxy S10+ - no issues. But I noticed that it was never connecting to 4G LTE, even when my wife's phone would connect. I finally decided to look into it and googled the model number. It turns out that the phone I received was actually a Latin American model, which did not come with LTE. So while this isn't a huge deal (after all, I've been using it for two years and hadn't noticed/cared), it's important that if you order a phone that doesn't come from an authorized reseller that you make sure you get what you expected. (Again, it took me over two years to notice, so this isn't that big of a deal to me.)

The 128GB Prism Black option shows images of an s10, and not the s10+. Is this a real Samsung Galaxy s10+?
