Definitely DIY project!I like the finish look and looks a lot better than dry wall finish. I don't know if i would use these for the kitchen backslpash though. (Probably prefer real tiles)Although it seems symmetrical cut all around there's a locking pattern that you will need to follow. In my case, i ended up having a lot of waste. I needed only 1/3 of a sheet on the top row but couldn't use the rest because of locking pattern so I had to use new a sheet for the following. Overall Im happy with the product!

These legit look like tile. They're easy to put up but you have to be careful lining up the pattern. Also be aware that you cannot use each "tile" universally so you may need more than you think.Each tile has a grout side and a non grout side so you see, you can only use them in one direction. It's not a problem, you just may need more.For "grout" gaps, which will happen; I just filled in the smallest bit of silicone white caulk and spread it in the void with my finger and a babywipe that doubled as a clean up of excess caulk.Bottomline, these are awesome. They're pricey if you're doing a large area but a great alternative if you want a tile look without tiling or for a smaller space like a bathroom backsplash.

I’m still installing it. I originally ordered 15 tiles but ended up needing to order 5 more. This isn’t the easiest to install but it’s looking pretty good. We didn’t want to re-tile it just yet so decided to try this option instead. Make sure you have a very sharp cutter, this stuff is a little tough to cut through. Overall I’m pleased with it. I’ll update in the winter and see how heat resistant it is with the fireplace on.

I bought five sheets and only two stuck to our wall. My husband had to glue them on. Our wall is not smooth. It has swirls on it. It looks absolutely beautiful under my mirror in the bathroom. Even though it doesn’t stick to my wall, I would still buy it again.

The tiles are beautiful, they look like real tiles, and are a great quality; however, it’s extremely hard to cut and install. Matching the pieces together is a challenge if you have to cut the sheets. I thought I had more than enough but need to buy another 5 pack because so much went to waste. I think it would be much easier to buy completely square tiles but these are just so beautiful.

These were really easy to use. I was glad I’d read other reviews and learned from their mistakes. I used good shears and it was super easy to cut exactly where I needed. It literally took 10 minutes start to finish. Once these are stuck on, you cannot move them, so be sure youve got them properly placed. No one believes me that they’re stickers! They’re stunning!

harder then I planned. I had to cut alot to make it fit. Already bought almost double the square footage and it was very tight.

I had high hopes for a very small project . I ordered and it came quickly but looked very cheap and plastickyAlthough easy to cut I ended up scraping the project and throwing it all away. I didn’t like this product !

The tile would not me symmetrically arranged and some of them keep falling.

The product is very pretty but it has a strong adhesive type odour to it.
