AC adapter for Toshiba Computer
AC Adapter worked perfectly without issue. I am not sure if the adapter is an original Toshiba part or aftermarket but it fits my computer better than the original. There is zero play when the cord is plugged into the computer. I also noticed several upgrades from the original cord and adapter. Hopefully the upgrades will prevent future failure of the adapter as was the case with the original adapter and cord. I really enjoy using Amazon and its vendors!

Recommendation for product (now sans seller)
(Previous review for product AND specific seller rejected for violating including seller. For those that've purchased electronics here you know how important the choice of seller is! All I can say is view the individual seller reviews. The review of the product remains the same sans seller name)Older Toshiba notebook/laptops need those 19+ volts and it's tough to find... our original adapter - INCREDULOUSLY - went 9+ years before "giving up the belly".Fulfilled by Amazon, this adapter not only provided those 19V (static measure on our multimeter) but powered up the notebook/laptop with aplomb... alas, it died after 6 weeks (multimeter still indicated 19v but booting was less and failed).I was worried about the warranty but "_" replaced it with the utmost of expediency and, fortunately for us, there was minimal downtime.Solid product that, if purchased from "_", we have nary a hesitancy in recommending for those of us attempting to keep our aged Toshibas viable.

Actual Toshiba Replacement
The brick itself works perfectly and is from Toshiba. Price is good. However, what was received was not what was ordered. As it is advertised and was ordered, the plug adapter is straight. What was received was an angle plug adapter. The mistake doesn't alter its functionality or anything. It actually works better for me anyway as I had been looking for the angle plug and didn't see it listed for sale. Thus, I didn't gig the seller for false advertising or shipping the wrong item.

OEM power adapter, always a good idea.You can almost always find the OEM power adapter for $20-30 (or less).Take it from an IT pro that has seen many fried motherboards and shorted batteries:Always buy the OEM adapter for the few $$ more. The OEM adapter is tested because I can guarantee you the OEM does not want to pay out the money to warranty a bunch of fried laptops.FYI: Lite-on and Delta are the two biggest makers of OEM power adapters, so if you cant find the OEM one but can find a Delta .... for computer .... that is the same as your OEM adapter, just without the OEM's brand logo on it.

Replacement Toshiba charger/cord
It's a replacement charger/cord for my Toshiba laptop.Had it for awhile and it still works :)Too bad it can't be said about the original charger/cord.

Came with a broken C5 AC power cord that fit ...
Came with a broken C5 AC power cord that fit loosely in the power brick, didn't provide power. Replaced it with one purchased at a local electronics store and all is well.

Cheeper then 3rd party (and even Asus), better quality and less money!
Used this Toshiba power supply on an Asus s53sv laptop since the Asus OEM and non OEM quality sucks . This PSU also worked on a Toshiba p70. On all lapstops is worked well and did not feel like the parts were cheap. Will buy again as a backup for other crap Asus laptops.
