Warm & easy to put on
These are great! They are big but that is what I wanted. They are warm, keep my hands from getting torn up by thorns and look great. So happy with my purchase and the quality is great too.

Crazy warm
Used these for a weekend in NH. It was about 40degrees during the rides. They were so warm I didn’t wear any gloves at all. You may wanna break em in for half a day but these worked great and didn’t really change my driving style

Great for bicycle and kicksled
I got these after hearing positive things regarding bicycle use. I have used them on both mountain bike and BMX handlebars and they are a Godsend for my sketchy circulation. Raynaud's runs in my family and beta blockers put me over the edge, making it very hard to keep my hands safe and warm in the 20s and below. I especially have trouble running my dog because I don't pedal much, making the circulation worse. These have kept my hands comfortable down to -3F wind chill with lobster claw gloves (I got them late in the season so I haven't been able to test them any lower). In the 20s my arms sweat a bit, but I'd rather have that than frostbite.I haven't had too much trouble keeping them from flopping down by wrapping the excess string over the handlebar and tying it. I have also altered them for my kicksled with some velcro.

A Must for winter riding!
I use these when I go hunting. Typically it is well below zero for most the day. It is nice to have the wind break to keep my hands warm. No matter how good of gloves I wore the cold would still eat its way into my hands. This solves that. It helps insulate your gloves so they do not lose heat while riding. Durable and have no problems breaking branches or brush while keep my hand safe. Don't get the knock off versions, not worth it......I tried and ended up buying these after a friend had them and I seen the huge difference.

Worth the purchase!! Be careful when using thumb savers!!
Okay I used these for a little bit in the mountains of North Carolina during some pretty cold temps and they worked excellent. Almost too well, I ended up taking them off of my Honda Rancher because my gloves worked really well and I was using a thumb saver. These would work with the Coleman "Thumb Saver or "Throttle Extension" device, but I would be very cautious, especially when on elevated terrain. I would not use them if you had a "thumb saver" device that made your throttle like that on a motor cycle. I had this type on their first (just testing the feel) before installing the Coleman extension and it was definitely very dangerous trying to drive with them on and using that type of throttle device. I have since purchased a 2016 Polaris 570 SP and my friend and I have the same type of Kolpins, we used them recently on the coldest day in Florida (about 28 degrees F) and without gloves. I will tell you that my hands didn't even know it was cold, I couldn't feel the wind through them at all. The have a very comfortable lining in them also.

Will keep your hands warm and dry
These are very easy to install and kept my hands warm and dry all day in the Idaho mountains I was riding my quad at 6,800 feet in Oct and never had to turn on my grip heaters once with only light weight gloves

String toggle does not work well
I have other products from Kolpin and found them to be good products both with design and durability so I thought these handlebar mitts would be the same. My reason for the 3 star only is the weak string toggle, it simply does not work well, it is cheap and for such a simple and inexpensive part you would think they would not cheap out on this. The mitts themselves appear of good quality materials although I would have expected the sheep wool liner to be a bit thicker/heaver, otherwise everything else about the product seems good. Maybe I will just go to a fabric store a buy a proper toggle or use a zap strap.

Works Great
They work well, keeps the hands warm in spring and fall with no need for gloves underneath. However, they do hit the throttle very easily. Get into the habit of putting your machine in neutral when you stop for a minute!

Works ok but trips kill switch
I am using these on a 2016 Yamaha venture. My hands slip in and out relatively easy but because the kill switch for the snowmobile is located at the tonic the handlebars, any movement of the hand muffs depresses the kill switch turning the machine off. Very annoying.

Interfere with controls
The muffs are built well but they are dangerous on my atv which is a scrambler 1000. Built kind of small anf the opening for your hands is not large enough for bulky gloves.

Husband loves them except when plowing
My husband loves these a lot and since he has the heated handles he doesn’t even have to wear gloves under them when riding in the winter. He doesn’t use them when plowing the driveway though because he has to shift so much and they get in the way.
