Yes this is expensive, but it does actually last for ages. I bought this 2 months ago and it's only just starting to feel like it's getting empty. However, the whole reason I first got into these types of deodorants was in order to cut down on the amount of products I buy in plastic bottles. When Nuud first came out I remembered it being in aluminium tubes, but I was disappointed to see when it arrived that they've now switched to plastic.The formulation itself works really well for me as it doesn't contain baking soda like a lot of natural deodorants, which really irritates my skin. However, I don't really sweat a lot so most things work well for me! I'd totally buy again if it wasn't for the plastic tube :/

This is THE ONE. I've worked in health food stores forever and I have tried ALL THE natural deodorant. I was raised by hippies. I've been at this for years. Truly. I sweat, I stink, I eat raw garlic all the time. This stuff is a miracle and I am reviewing it so they never stop making it. It's the best. Hands down. Just get it. You may smell for a bit in the beginning if you have been using conventional deodorant. It takes a bit to detox. Ive been using this for three years and I will never switch again.

Updated review: I love this stuff! I’m stull using it after a year and it works great. I think I had success with it because I used a natural deodorant for years beforehand. If you are switching from a normal deodorant, you msy need tk give your body some time to get used to it.Also, you do still sweat, it just doesn’t smell. What it does it kill all the bacteria, which is what causes the smell. I think it’s fantastic! A caveat though, my daughter, who is now a teenager, is not so keen. She prefers the convenience of a spray - she forgets to put on nuud and then smells so sprays a normal deodorant. Maybe not for everyone?Original review: Ok... so i’ve been bombarded with ads for this on facebook and never one to trust a facebook ad, I had a look online. Hard to find reviews (that aren’t a fashion blogger or on nuud’s own website) so decided to take a chance on it and review myself.It comes in eco friendly packaging which looks great (although it is a tiny tube) and the ingredients are all eco too.Most importantly for review purposes, it actually works! I was really surprised actually. You just smear a tiny amount on clean armpits and that’s it.It’s a thick cream and it doesn’t have any ‘stickyness’ or need much time to ‘dry’ at all. After three days I need to reapply but inbetween there is zero smell. I have no hair under my armpits usually but my daughter, who prepubescent and just developing some hair, tried it too with the same results.As an added challenge we both tried it out in over 40 degrees while on hols. Same. Quite remarkable and I can see what all the fuss is about. It’s very expensive and I’ve been using a salt rock stick for years which works out a lot cheaper but this cream is hands down better.I’m going to have to start buying this from now on. I think it will probably last my daughter and I about 6 weeks... so a 15ml tube should at least last most people two months. I think there’s a 20ml tube too You really can smear a tiny amount on. Much less than a blob of toothpaste. Less than the recommended pea amount too. Probably half a pea! A petit pois maybe!!

I was really hopeful after reading all of the reviews, not sure if mine was defective but it did not work for me. I tried for a week and it made me sweat more, smell not great and overall felt unclean from it. I found it was really hard to rub in and mine had a lot of oils leaking out of it - not sure if that is normal? I saw one other review where it didn’t work for them with the same situation. Im going back to my other natural deodorant.

It works! I’m absolutely amazed by the effects! Will purchase another set :)

I know people who love this but for me it only worked 1 day, I have a very active lifestyle and I workout most days so I prefer Deodorant!

Good stuff

I appreciate that this product may not be appropriate for everyone and may take time to work, but for us it has been quite miraculous!Our pubescent daughter does a lot of intensive sport (minimum 16 hours a week) and was understandably starting to develop body odour, we tried every natural, environmentally friendly option we could, some worked for a while but couldn’t last the duration of longer sessions. Then we tried this, wow! It only takes a tiny amount, from the very first use she was completely smell free (she still sweats) and one application literally remains effective for 5 days, despite all the activity and daily showering. It leaves no residue, doesn’t mark her clothes and leaves her, normally sensitive, skin soft, she actually enjoys using it.Therefore, though it seems quite expensive, it probably balances out in the long run, due to how long it lasts, and it is, by far, the most effective thing we tried! Very happy!!
