Love this and so does my dog😊... it’s very easy to assemble and looks great on the back seat of my mini . My dog settled very well in it and he is very secure with the Added seat belt anchor which came with it ( I didn’t have to leave a review to receive this as some reviewers said they did. It was a bargain price too as a prime member . Don’t hesitate to buy this seat , I looked all over and am so glad I chose this one . I have put a little dog bed in it and it’s so comfy and safe now for my 5kg lhasapoo .. it could hold a much bigger dog or even two small ones . We love it .

Ordered this for my miniature dachshund as he’s always trying to get everywhere in the car where he shouldn’t be. The carrier is well made and seems very durable, made from a material that shouldn’t be nice and easy to clean. The carrier fits in the car easily and also has the ability to fold up when not using it, which is good. The only down side is that the sides aren’t very stiff, so any attempt at your dog trying to stand up and rest on them to look out of the window results in the sides collapsing. I’ve read many product reviews on many brands of these carriers though and seems to be a common problem. I plan on modifying it slightly by inserting some thin plywood into the inside of the sides at some point. Customer service has been great too and have helped me answer any queries I have had.

Start with the good thing, with it being Velcro straps to hold up the sidewalls it was supper easy to assemble. I pick up my puppy in two weeks so I’ll be sure to update this review after then, however for the time being I cannot see why the walls will not hold up for her current size. It perfectly fits the front passenger seat width of a Golf if you choose to have your dog riding shotgun! Security wise, the high walls for a puppy shouldn’t be an issue for keeping them contained. The walls hold up easily if the dog was pushing them outwards but somewhat collapse if pulled inwards. This can be corrected if you fit the back strap tightly to your seat, this does require being able to get around the back of your seat though, so if you choose to have this fitted on the rear seats of your car and they don’t fold down individually this could be a problem. The only other security issue is the “free dog seat belt” and for the time being is the reasoning for the 3 stars on security. You have to order this separately by jumping through a few hoops, I am yet to receive mine as the seat only just arrived today, again however, I will update this review if/when the seat belt arrives.

Bought to transport my border collie Puppy from the breeders which is a 3 hour drive. It is very sturdy and with a soft puppy blanket put inside will also be very cosy. It could even be big enough for him to sit in when fully grown.Otherwise the sides can be put down and it will more than cover the seat, it is wipeable and will therefore offer excellent protection to car seat. Can be used with a special seat belt which I have been offered free of charge for purchasing this item.An affordable must have in my opinion, as any dog should be anchored and comfortable and rattling round free.

Love this car seat! Easy to assemble, adjustable straps so fits nicely on seat. Anti slip material underneath so great on my leather car seat and even if I have to make a sudden stop, seat & dog stays putt! It’s easy to clean, I just allow dirt to dry and then brush it out along with dog hairs. It’s also great to put bits and bobs in instead of putting in footwell. The sides are sturdy too and don’t collapse when my dog rests his head on them. Great price, ideal for small & medium size dogs. very pleased.

I use this for my very nervous small lab sized dog. She loves the security it gives her and she can curl up and lie down without the worry of being thrown around the car if we break suddenly. The Velcro sides are perfectly sufficient to hold her weight when she feels anxious and lays half her body across the side and if I undo one side to lie flat the other unsupported side by the foot-well is strong enough to support her weight when she leans against it. We use this with the bungee strap supplied (again excellent) and a car harness.It is well tested as it arrived 3 weeks ago, I place a few towels in the base and find it easy to clean. This truly is a fantastic product, I would highly recommend for small to medium sized dogs.

Very easy to put together and love the fastenings to put round front seat making it feel very secure.But, the sides collapse too easily as only held by Velcro at the corners. If this was strengthened in some way then it would be more secure for puppy/dog.Disappointed to receive a clip-in seat belt accessory to secure to dog’s harness - would expect one to be put round the headrest for most stability.

I love this! Very reasonable price. It can be used as a box seat on the front seat or undo the Velcro corners and it unfolds across the back seat so that the dog can stretch out. It is suitable for a medium or small sized dog. Easy to fit to the car. Excellent quality and comes with one strap that plugs into the seat belt and clips on the dog’s collar. I bought an extra restraining strap which goes over the head rest and clips onto the dog’s collar for extra safety.
