Great customer service!! There were issues with the shipping, as UPS delivered it in error to an Amazon facility. Neither UPS or Amazon would fix their errors and left me hanging. Pipeline Racks stepped up and shipped a replacement no cost. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my purchase.On the rack. We have used it a few times now and really like it. Easy to install and remove when you need your truck for work. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.

Great rack, easy to assemble. I don't use the rear wheel "holder" because it is too narrow for my tires which causes it to stick and then pull out. That said, I really don't need it as the bikes get strapped to my truck bed and are held very well with Velcro straps.

Seems like a well manufactured product but it doesn't work with a tonneau cover.

Putting it together was a bit cumbersome at first, but the pictures helped a lot. Once one of the arms ( got the 4 bike rack)was together, it was just repeating the same process for the rest. I made sure it would fit the width of my truck bed. It fits securely with fastening the side straps to the anchors in my truck bed. I liked that it fits a wider tire. We could fit 2 bikes in without adding the t-gators to the tailgate. We did have to buy those extra to fit in the other 2 bikes. I would have been nice to have them included with the 4 bike rack. We could have left the tailgate down but that nulls the back up camera as a safety feature, It would have been nice to have a long bike lock to secure the bikes together. Ended up being an almost $650 cost once we were done with the add-ons, but it worked and the bikes road very sturdy.

This rack is awesome.. I have had it now for over 6 months and love it.Fits great in my truck and bikes are easy to put in it.I would recommend this rack to anyone that wants to transport their bikes inside the bed of their truck..not hanging over the back or on a hitch rack.Nobody wants their bikes their when they get rear ended by the guy behind you checking out your badass rides

It falls apart too easily and it could be more sturdy. We are using it to transport our electric bikes on our truck pick up truck.

Its good, just unexpected assembly for the price.

- You may need to slightly modify your drop in bed liner if you have one. The legs did not sit flat in the rounded corners of my factory drop in liner. I cut two holes for the legs to drop into and it is fine. (One of the pictures in the included instructions showed that they had cut holes in a bed liner, but it is not actually mentioned anywhere).- Time consuming but not hard to assemble.- Quite sturdy after it is installed and tied down.- For the price they should include the lock and cable.- Pay attention to the instructions regarding adjustment and tightening the cam clamps. They work fine but you do need to adjust them properly.- Decent quality materials and no cheap plastic parts.- Overall it is a good rack. Solid and easy to load bikes.
