Strong Camel Replacement Patio Umbrella Lower Pole

After reading the reviews and only seeing 1.5" diameter replacement poles, I was under the impression that this was probably universal and would work with just about any and all umbrellas. I'm not sure what brand mine is, but it seems pretty generic and standard. Unfortunately, my umbrella pole is also 1.5" diameter so this replacement base doesn't work. They won't slide one into the other, they just butt up against each other. (If anyone knows what size bottom replacement pole will work for a 1.5" diameter top pole, and where I could find one, let me know!)

I am not sure what the brand of our rectangular patio umbrella is, but we bought it from HD over 10 years ago probably. The bottom part of the pole was lost when we moved houses. This pole matches the dark brown color of our umbrella pole and it fit perfectly. It seems to be the same height as the original bottom pole piece. We do not leave our umbrella up, only put it up when we are using it, and so far this replacement pole is holding up fine. Much better alternative than having to get a new umbrella and pole set.

Bought for a replacement on a California Umbrella and this is way to long the umbrella now tilts to one side because of how long this pole is and in a windstorm this would def now....does it work yes and it does have the single hole for button click in however it’s not made for replacement on all umbrellas esp the more expensive ones, thankfully the color matched though ...

Can now use my patio umbrella again. Not as sturdy as the missing original piece, top length wasn't quite long enough to go farther into the umbrella pole, and a thicker material might have made it sturdier too. I was just so pleased to find the right connection piece.

Was a little too big for my umbrella, for the price I would hope the fit would be great considering the standard size if umbrella posts.

Very happy with this product! I had to buy this because I forgot to close my outdoor umbrella on a windy and rainy day! Not made that well but at least it saved my umbrella ! I just need to make sure to close it in nasty weather

We left our umbrella up through the winter and the wind and elements basically ruined the base of it. I measured the base and the top half of the umbrella (which is still just fine) slots in perfectly. Just make sure the inner/outer diameters match and the height works for you!

This replacement pole for a patio umbrella exceeded my expectations. It is far sturdier than the pole that we had originally, which we had to replace because it was bent from the wind. Shipping was fast and package arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier.
