DCMen's Heathrow Skateboarding Shoe, Black/White (BKW), 4 D D US

I love these shoes. Great for hiking, working out, walking, running, wearing in general. I've owned two pair over the last two years and I'll keep buying them so long as they make them. Very light and comfortable. Just a heads up though, don't buy these if you don't want to get your feet wet if it rains a lot where you live. The body is pretty much all mesh, so they don't really protect against moisture. The upside of this is that they're breathable and will dry quickly, but if you live in Western Washington like I do, these can leave your feet a little wet if you're walking in the rain during non-summer months.

I usually buy wide 12s or normal 13s to fit comfortably. The 12.5 fit like a glove. I'd say these run a bit small, considering a 12 wouldn't likely fit the length of my foot. The heel and overall shoe is narrow in comparison to something like a Nike RN shoe.Active usage, I've worn them to the gym, flat land biking, and at work (climbing equipment and jumping off 5-7ft). They're pretty solid at basically anything I'm throwing at them.Comfortable wise, these are incredibly light and flex with ease, so you're good to go right out of the box. Grip is pretty good on any surface, but wet VCT/ceramic tiles are a bit more than these shoes can handle.Overall, these shoes are great for regular usage and boarding/BMX.

Vans have always been my go to shoe. Ive own a few pairs of dcs in my skating day and loved the fit. My feet are wider at the toe bone making it hard for me to get the right shoe fit. By far these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I do wish there was an option to have them a hair but wider but I can live with it. The material on the outside of it is flexible and the show itself is feather light. Love it enough where I might just buy another pair or two since shopping for shoes these days have become a mess. Super comfy cushion insoles and a good looking shoe. As a 34 year old self titled grandpa with sore feet from 10 hr work days I recommend them for those whose feet have betrayed them at an early age and you are not ready to wear some ugly orthopedic shoes and check into the nursing home yet. They are a little snug so maybe give yourself a half size up for some room. Or maybe my feet are just swollen...who knows.

Runs 1/2 size too small. I ordered sizes 6 & 7 for my boys (their regular sizes) and they're a little short in length. Their big toe is right at the end. However the shoes are good quality, super super light and they LOVE them so we're keeping them, but I wish we had ordered the next size up. We bought these for a trip to Europe since we'll be walking a lot and the black on black shoe looks a little dressier than standard athletic shoes. Note: if your large toe curves upward then it might wear a hole through the fabric top. So far no problems but I told my kids to keep their toe nails trimmed. Also note: there isn't a tongue on this shoe - it's built in. I guess this is good as the tongue part won't slide around, but if you have a really skinny or really fat foot then the fit might be an issue. My kids feet are average so no issues for us. Finally, if you like to slide your foot into a shoe without untying the laces then these aren't for you. There isn't much support at the back of the heel and it will scrunch down. I recommend these as everyday walking shoes, NOT as skate shoes (which is how DC classifies them). The fabric top would wear out too soon for skating.

These have to be the most comfortable casual sneakers I've ever worn. I used to skate a lot, but not so much anymore. I'm sure they would be great to skate in, but I just got them for regular shoes. I kid you not, it's like you are wearing a very pillowy sock all day. There is no detached tongue, bur rather the tongue is part of the whole shoe. It's odd at first, but you begin to see why it was created like that.If you are wondering if they are breathable, YES, they are. Probably the most breathable I've worn; and I've had Nike's, Adidas', New Balance, etc.Bottom line, if you are contemplating your decision, just get them.

I have been looking for a new pair of trainers from DC because they no longer make my favorite style and the one that came after just weren't as good. These fit very nicely, hugging your foot but not smothering, with a good amount of breathability. If you're looking for an ultralight pair of shoes these are a good choice!

They are about a half size too small, just enough to kinda squish the toes. I love the lightweightedness of the shoe, very breathable. I'd just recommend going up a full shoe size.

The most comfortable shoe i have ever worn, very flexible and breathable. I can feel the breeze on my feet through the shoe. Fixed tongue makes for a little more effort to slip on but overall great shoe.

Me gustaron mucho, ademas son suaves para caminar. Además la parte de arriba es flexible (auto ajustable), esto me ayudó mucho porque los puedo usar con plantillas sin necesidad de aumentar la talla.

5 estrellas porque son unos tenis geniales, no puedo decir más son DC la cual es una de las mejores marcas que pueden existir, estoy muy agusto con ellos, llegaron super rapido (los pedí el 15 y llegaron el 19) y son exactamente lo que esperaba, super cómodos y estéticamente muy cool, fijense bien en las tallas y en las guías de tallas, ojo yo los pedi medio número más grande y me quedaron como unos 2-3 cm mas grandes, asi que si pongan mucha atencion a eso pedí 10.5 US y por dentro dicen que son de 28.5 cm, yo soy 27 cm o 27.5 cm, pero me quedan relativamente bien, es verdad pidan un poquito más grande que su talla normal, medio numero me sirvio a mi. Disfruten.
