Been using the unit for several weeks now and my only complaint is that the entire unit must be picked up to clean or put water & cleaner in. Awkward at best. A removable stainless steel tank would be easier to manipulate, but I can understand the concern over water tightness. Overall, it’s a good unit, but first so I have nothing to compare it to.

Great little appliance for quickly and quietly cleaning jewelry. Just add a drop or two of dish liquid ( I used Dawn).. I really saw a difference over manual cleaning. The only drawback if you can call it that, is that you have to unplug after use to make lights go out after using. Not a big deal

I got this and went straight to cleaning doing three minute cycles. I cleaned silver necklaces, gold earrings with diamonds, gold rings with diamonds, and watches with metal bands. The necklaces were not that dirty so the change was not significant. However the watches and jewelry with stones came out great. An obvious difference and restored luster. My wife's wedding and engagement ring looked fantastic. I haven't seen the diamond shine like he that in awhile.... And I just cleaned them for her a couple days ago the old fashioned way. On my watches I could see the dirt and grime coming off breaking free from inside the links of the band. It was easy to see the process working and by the time I was finished the water was grey with plenty of sediment.I even cleaned my wife's Samsung Gear that is rose gold. I didn't think it would do much but we were both surprised how good it looked afterwards. Looked new. She wears it every day all day so it certainly had some grime.The machine was very easy to use and I paired it with Blitz cleaning fluid which certainly seems to help. Honestly for the money I spent I was surprised how well it did. I'm impressed and very happy.

Bought this to clean my son's mouth guard. I use it for so many things, clean my jewelry with it and my make up brushes. Handy little tool to have.

It’s just “okay”. Still need to use small brush to clean rings. Waste of money.

The product was easy to use. I add two or three drops of Palmolive or Dawn dish soap to the water, and my jewelry comes out sparkling.

Nice looking. Simple to get started. Just plug in. Add water and detergent and press button. Glasses came out very clean.
